Carina woke up for the first time in the night, little Londyn decided to want to wake up so she bounces on her bed holding herself up by the railings , and it got Carina thinking " SHOULD WE GET HER IN A TODDLER BED NOW" , she went to go her last baby girl room and changed her diaper and then brought her into her room and laid her down in between her and Maya, **
Carina: what the heck ?
** she subconsciously said out loud as she is checking her emails before cuddling her baby and wife**
Maya: hrmmm what happened?
Carina: ohhh darn I woke you up, I'm so sorry, but my parents had a little family cottage and my dad randomly said " hi Carina, I um I'm giving you the family cottage as I can't take care of it anymore, I know you're going to take extra care of it,

Maya: okay, I want to see the cottage !
Carina: really?
Maya: it's now ours yea , baby it's fine, you obviously didn't know he was going to give you the family cottage home !
Carina: yea exactly, Andrew and I had lots of fun growing up there, we used to climb in the trees, and look there is a TIRE swing and we can land in the lake , it has a humongous backyard, it has a nice room with plenty of bunk beds for the kids, Kayla and Tristan also have their own rooms, look!
Maya: woah , that's an amazing and beautiful looking cottage my love,
When do we get to go look at it ?
Carina: uhhh my dad said he mailed us the keys three days ago, so we could go next week or weekend, depending on how your schedule is my love, and there's wifi connection and cellphone service and everything!
And thank you for loving my family cottage, i know I never talked about it before, but I guess I kind of blocked it out, either because my dad said he sold it or something else.... But I'm happy you want to keep it,
** Carina turns around and kisses her wife**
Maya: what, are you kidding, how can I hate a place where my extremely sexy and gorgeous wife spent most of her time when she was a little child, teenager and a young adult?
Carina: I don't know, but thank you!

Carina: the kids are going to love it, and you will too, I know it's lot of LAVENDER colour but it was my momma's favourite colour, we can definitely reduce the amount of lavender things in the cottage, but I would love to keep a few lavender things, if it's okay with you,

Carina: grazie, oh and this morning when I was getting Londyn up , I was thinking we could remove her bars from one side and transform her crib into a toddler bed , only if you want to of course,
Maya: siii, that can be a fun project, huh baby girl!

THREE HOURS LATER
**everyone is up and eating breakfast, Eggs and bacon with strawberry jam on toast, Lorenzo is happy to see his momma being better, he doesn't like it when she's anxious or on edge, no children loves it, But Enzo he's always been super duper close with his momma, Violet is extremely cuddly today, everyone brought their plates in the sink, and the children went to play in their playroom, **
Maya: babe, when do you want me to fix Londyn's bed ?
Carina: uhhh , whenever you have any spare time, it doesn't have to be done right this second, but soon she's going to have to go in the toddler bed,
Londyn : wait me no bed?
Carina: what? No , you will have a toddler bed, mommy just has to remove one set of bars from your bed, that's all, you are getting so big to be in a crib , that's all!
**Alessandro came running in the living room with two fire trucks , one in each hand**
Wait , is my buddy ready for a toddler bed momma?
Carina : siiii, she is ,
Alessandro: yaaayyy, Londyn don't worry, everything is going to be fine, high five londy ** he raised his little five year old left hand up so his little one year old sister could high five him**
Londyn : yayyyu , i big girl Huh momma?
Carina: yes that's right, momma doesn't have any little little babies anymore, but that's okay. You can't stay little forever,
Chloe : Woah momma, I'm impressed with your attitude about this,
Carina; you are?
Chloe: yes, we know it's been extremely hard for you accepting that your babies are growing up, and I wanted to say I'm extremely proud of you
Carina: well thank youuu Bambina! I learned that it's a good thing to have your children grow up ,that means that there's nothing wrong with you and you are all perfect and healthy, and that is all parents wants
Maya: yea, we've been pretty lucky to have healthy and strong and perfect children, I thank god every day,
Carina: you do too?
Maya: yea!
Carina: Awnn , I do that too!

**Londyn was now up from her afternoon nap and Maya and Carina both decided that now would be the best time to remove one set of bars on her crib so it transforms into a new toddler bed, Carina got a little emotional because Londyn is her last baby ever, but she knows it's necessary and She's officially a toddler, so no more BABY CRIB ! **
Carina: hi , how's momma's little princess doing? Did you have a good nap?
Londyn : hi momma! I did ywes,
Maya : are we ready?
Londyn : weady for what mommy?
Maya: to remove the bars of your bed, it's going to be like a new bed ,
Carina: yes , because Londyn is not a baby anymore and it's going to be easier for you to get in and out of your bed,
Maya: yea, and if you don't like it, mommy will keep the tools of your first set of bar so I can put it back up but you won't need mommy to do it, because you are a big girl now right?
Londyn : ywes i one year old mommy, I big girl, I only have momma milk in the morning and night ** for some reason Londyn thought that having Carina's breast milk twice a day and not every three hours made her a big girl, both of her moms agreed**
Carina: siii , that's right,
Lorenzo: what's going on here?
Carina: hi buddy, mommy is removing the first set of bars on Londyn's crib
Lorenzo: ohhh it's toddler bed day yesss , EVERYONE COME UP HERE, mommy do you have the video camera ready?
Maya: yes here it is, but I'd like someone else to film as I will be un assembling her crib
Kayla: hi ! I can film !
Violet: okay, ohhhh it's toddler bed time! Sweet!
**Scarlett got up out of breath ** as she and Violet were chasing each other around the house **

Londyn : I no ready ! ** she said kind of sad in her momma arms**
Carina: it's okay baby, momma isn't ready to, but it's necessary, we have to do it, you are getting bigger and bigger for your crib baby girl,
Okay maya , UN ASSEMBLE IT !

**Lorenzo turned facing the video camera **
Hi , um today Saturday October 7 th and it's a very big day for you, well for everyone actually, mommy is transforming your crib into a toddler bed, as you can now push yourself up and you jump on your mattress as you want to get out, but with this toddler bed , we are all here to see the transition! It's a good thing
Carina: siii, even though momma is crying at the moment, but it's happy tears, you are growing up into a brilliant little girl, we love you so much Londyn !! ** she blew a kiss into the camera **
**Fifteen minutes later
Maya finished with the crib! **
Maya: voila,
Londyn : Woah ! Pretty bed ,
Maya: yea it is huh, you can go try it, you still have all of your stuff animals and they will stay there until you don't want them to be!
Carina: siiii , go try it,
** she puts her daughter down and she ran onto her new toddler bed**
Yayyyyy , I can get up all by myself!
Carina: yesss ,

** Maya kisses Carina **
Maya: you are welcome darling! I'll put the other pieces in the storage closet and the bar is going in the garage,
Carina: alright, well let's go downstairs huh!
Violet: okay!
** The family didn't do anything else during the day, they relaxed and they watched movies and they played outside before bedtime as it was a beautiful fall day, the trees were changing colours and the kids loved jumping into the piles of leaves, Tristan was the one who raked them up, Carina had Londyn in the now toddler carrier, Londyn was facing the front, as she loves to look and discover everything around her. They ate Tacos , everyone was so tired from playing outside, that by 21h20 everyone was sound asleep **
