Hello Quintuplets !

Tuesday May 4 th 2021,

**Carina had to be in her clinic today first thing in the morning, ( that's also known as 4h in the morning even though Carina's clinic opens at midnight ) because Margot Stevenson called her and Addie last night and she said she has been experiencing contractions every four minutes, and Carina and Addie are going to see her first thing, and they could be there by four am , both needed a few hours of sleep. so she got up at 3h00 am , she took a quick shower and ate a toast with a yogourt and her coffee, she prepared Londyn's clothes  on her dresser. as it is extremely beautiful outside. A huge seventy five degrees, by 3h45 she was heading to work,Maya and Tristan got everyone ready for school and daycare, by eight, Maya was at the clinic and ready for action**

3h55 am

**Mark and Margot Stevenson were the first patients Carina and Addison saw that morning **

Carina: Okay Margot , we've got you, we are going to do everything we can , to keep your babies inside you as long as we can, we gave you medicine to stop the contractions.
Mark : everything is going to be fine babe, we are in the right place,
Addison: exactly and the NICU IS ON ALERT , they cleared FIVE ICU BEDS, and they are reserved for you.
Margot : hrrrmmm okay, thank youuu so much, you both are extremely incredible doctors,
Addison and Carina: well thank you, but we are simply doing our job ,
Margot : how much time before the meditation kicks in ?
Carina. Uhhh fifteen to twenty minutes tops
We just need you to relax for us , okay?
Addison: everything is going to be fine, you are now 27 weeks and a half right?
Margot : uh yea , will they survive if you have to get them out via c section today?
Addison: uhh we will do everything in our power to assure you that, but mostly we would love it if they could hold on just for another week, but if they want out, they are most likely going to be in the nicu for a while, but they have high chances of surviving, Margot so we don't have to freak out now,

Margot and Mark : alright thank you,
Margot: if you don't mind me asking you both, but do you have any children?
Addison: yes I have a teenage son and a eight year old daughter! They are the best part of my days and when they go to sleep it's the best part of my day
**Carina laughs **
Yea I uhhh, my wife and I have six children, well eight actually, we adopted three, and I was the lucky one to be pregnant with five , and it's true, they are everything, when they wake up they light up every room, and when they go to sleep, man , it's a wonderful thing, and then it's just my wife and I , but we wouldn't have it any other way,
Addison: exactly,
Margot : okay, that's cool
Carina: yea
Margot : any multiple pregnancy doctor DELUCA?
Carina: siiii , my third and fourth babies, identical twins girls, who are now EIGHT years old,
Mark : Awnn , they grow up so fast huh?
Carina: yea , they do, do you guys know what you are having?
Margot : yes Three girls and Two boys!
Carina: awnnn , that's awesome,
I have three boys and five girls, ,
My first three oldest are the adopted ones but we often forget that they are, they just fit right in!
They are 22 , 18 and 13 , and then we have an 11 , two 8 years olds , a five year old son and a one and a half year old daughter, and I honestly feel like I've given birth to all eight of them,
Margot : woahhh , so you have your hands full huh?
Carina: yea pretty much, but they are so worth it. Every day I thank the lord for the eight blessings he allowed us to have,

The medication slowly begins to work, Margot doesn't feel the contractions as much but one of the babies wasn't reacting too well to the medication.

Addison: okay , so how are you doing? Are you feeling the contractions?
Margot : uhh , they stopped , for the past hour, but I'm getting some , more ... owwwwwww ! Speaking of,
** She took several deep breath's and hold her husband's hands **
