Akio placed his head over the soft pillow, but as soon as he does so, a wave of unease washed over him as he sensed an eerie atmosphere permeating his room. In a matter of seconds, his surroundings transformed, and he found himself standing in the enigmatic Touhukaze Valley. Conflicted between questioning his own sanity and accepting the reality before him, he scanned the unfamiliar landscape, desperately seeking answers.

His body felt weightless, as if he were floating on air, while the dense fog shrouded everything in a mysterious haze. "This feels so strange," he murmured, his voice barely audible in the ethereal environment. With his mind brimming with questions, Akio's attention was abruptly captured by a faint array of light emanating from behind the colossal monolith of Touhukaze. Fueled by curiosity, he ventured towards the enigmatic glow, his footsteps muffled by the eerie silence.

As he reached out, placing his hands upon the inexplicable light, an intense jolt of pain shot through his forehead, causing him to recoil in agony. The excruciating sensation grew, driving him to the point of desperate cries for help. Overwhelmed, he collapsed onto his knees, succumbing to the overwhelming force and eventually losing consciousness.

In the following moments, Akio found himself plunged into a void of pitch-black darkness. Struggling to find his voice, he whispered into the abyss, his words echoing through his own mind. "Why is this happening to me?" he pleaded, his voice filled with confusion and a touch of despair.

When his eyes finally fluttered open, Akio was astounded to find himself standing in a place he knew all too well - the place he found himself in his dream last night. The verdant green grass beneath his feet, the gentle warmth of the sun kissing his skin, the rhythmic sway of the trees and bushes, and the majestic presence of the emerald-hued mountains all surrounded him.

"This place... I've been here before, haven't I?" Akio's realization slowly dawned on him. The familiarity of the environment brought comfort, and a serene aura enveloped him. "The aroma, the wind, this grass, and the sun... it feels so different, but in the best way possible," he murmured to himself, relishing in the unique sensation.

As he turned his gaze towards the once-familiar bushes, Akio's eyes widened in astonishment. A new tapestry of vibrant flowers were placed on the green bushes, a sight that hadn't been there during his previous visit. Intrigued by the unexpected change, he extended his hand to caress the blossoms, marveling at their delicate beauty. However, as his hand made contact, a soft crunch resonated under his foot, catching his attention.

Startled, Akio lifted his right leg and discovered a lone piece of paper, abandoned on the ground. Beside it lay a pen, an odd juxtaposition to the natural surroundings. "How did this get here?" he wondered aloud, his curiosity piqued. He carefully picked up the paper, gently dusting it off before allowing his thoughts to flow through the ink. With a sense of yearning and anticipation, he penned a brief message onto the paper and gingerly placed it atop the lush bushes, hoping that someone would stumble upon it and provide him with the answers he sought.

In an instant, the world around Akio began to flicker and glitch, unsettling his senses. He gasped as reality snapped back into focus, jolting him back to the present moment and he woke up. He lifted his head above the pillow, his brow furrowed, drenched in perspiration, Akio sighed heavily, contemplating the situation that he was facing and the place he kept visiting in his dream, "Why does this keep happening? What am I missing?" he whispered to himself in a mixture of frustration and determination. The weight of the experience gnawed at his thoughts, leaving him with an insatiable desire to unravel the mystery. Resolute, he made a decision.

"I really need to talk to Shiro about this tomorrow," Akio resolved, his voice tinged with a sense of urgency. The prospect of confiding in his trusted friend brought a glimmer of hope amidst the confusion. With renewed purpose, he cast aside the lingering doubts and focused on the upcoming day as he fell to a slumber.
