after Jacob met Rosie, he then learned of her past and how she met matilda mayberry and when they arrived at the table mayberry is sitting at, she was shocked at seeing rosie again and as the two sit down, they start having a conversation about stuff, even when jacob told the two about his past and his dad's death, needless to say, they felt sorry for jacob
Rosie: i'm very sorry about your father, he must've been a great man.
she said sympathetically
Jacob: yep, and despite him being dead, he still is.
he said as he dranked his coffee
Matilda Mayberry: so what are you planning for the future?
she asked as she also took a sip from her coffee
Jacob: well, i didn't tell you this but i'm about to become a dad in 9 months.
he said, making matilda stop drinking her coffee and rosie have wide eyes and they both look at jacob

as rosie & matilda heard that voice, they knew who it belonged to as they groaned in frustration

Hobo: Buzz off, pal, i'm busy.
then jacob pulled out 20 dollars, making the hobo stare at it and think
Hobo: give me another 20 and i'll let her be.
he asked as jacob pulled out 200 dollars to go with the 20
Jacob: i'll give you 200 instead.
he said, making the hobo smile and take the money
Hobo: deal.
he said as he walked off with the 220 dollars
Jacob: you ok?
he asked
Katie Killjoy: yeah, i'm fine. you wouldn't happen to be Jacob Mcfoley, right?
she asked as jacob raised an eyebrow

then rosie walks over to them while glaring at Katie Killjoy
Rosie: why are you here? don't tell me you came here to humiliate jacob?
she asked as katie killjoy looked offended

Jacob: INTERVIEW!!?? oh no, i may want to get attention, but not too much since i'm already seen as a celebrity to charlie's people anyway.
then rosie whispers in jacob's ear

but katie killjoy heard that as she was angrily grinding her teeth

Katie Killjoy: fine.
she said as she sat down with Jacob, Rosie & Matilda
(french voice: later)
we see jacob staring at katie killjoy, who's enjoying her tea as she's drinking it, then something came into jacob's mind as he had no choice but to ask her something
Jacob: i probably shouldn't ask, but what was your life like before our worlds merged?
he asked, making katie's eyes widen and stop drinking her tea, and then sighed and had no choice but to tell jacob her life
Katie Killjoy: when i was young, i had a great family until my dad left one day and never came back. then me and my mom found out that he was with another woman and because of that, my mom became an alcoholic when i was 14, but then i moved out and got a job when i was 19. then i got a job for the news at 25 and, well, here i am.
she explained her life to Jacob, who was stunned after hearing all that
Jacob: woah, i feel sorry for you. what you've been through when your dad left with another woman freakin' sucks.
he said as Katie Killjoy frowned
Katie Killjoy: i know.
she said as a tear rolled down one of her eyes
Jacob: anything else happened after your ''dad'' left you?
he asked
Katie Killjoy: (sigh) i used to have an older sister. after my ''dad'' left me and my mom, my sister helped me get through the pain and over my dad leaving us, then one day she died and i lost all my happiness and became the bitchy newswoman i am today.
then suddenly jacob hugged Katie Killjoy, who hugged him back as she is crying on his shoulder

we see Jacob, Katie Killjoy, Rosie & Matilda in front of a museum, which made the three women stunned at seeing it

but before they could enter the museum, Jacob got tackled by one of three demon girls
???: I GOT HIM, I GOT HIM!!!!!

then the third demon girl looked at Jacob

she said as jacob's eyes widened in shock
