The Prank

Third POV

Maya knocked twice on the door of Ziggy and hers cabin.

"Go away, Cindy!" Ziggy shouted from inside the cabin.

"It's me, it's Maya."

"You can come in."

Maya opens the door and her eyes widened at the sight of the insults graffitied on the walls of the cabin, Ziggy's clothes thrown over places, bags hanging from the bed. and what was written. Rage filled Maya body clenching her hands as she read the insults that are graffitied on the walls. She wanted so badly to find Sheila and punch her in the face again for what she did. She hated that Sheila has been harassing Ziggy since the first day of Camp.

You would think by now based on how many times Maya has punched Sheila that she would stop harassing Ziggy but unfortunately Sheila too stupid to realize she should stop for it just result in another fight between her and Maya.

Maya took a deep breath to calm her anger. She looked at Ziggy sitting in her bed angrily mixing water into a bucket of red paint.

"Sheila did this." Maya said in an obvious tone, trying her best to hide her anger.

"Colonel Mustard." Ziggy retorted making Maya crack a small smile.

Maya looked at the red paint Ziggy was stirring, "Oh, looks like blood." Maya commented.

"Yeah. Well. I didn't have a pig, so..." Ziggy trailed off.

Maya nodded, "Carrie. Cool." Maya said impressed.

Ziggy looked up at Maya, "You've read Carrie?" Ziggy asked surprised Maya never mentioned that she read Carrie.

"Nick told me about Stephen King and how good Carrie is, which he turned out to be right. It's now my second favorite after Salem's Lot." Maya explained, "You've read the book too?" Maya asked.

Ziggy nodded, "Yeah it's one of my favorite Stephen King novels." Ziggy tells her, "Well you have excellent taste in books." Maya complimented making both girls smile at each other.

Maya clears her throat, "Still, I didn't know, paint seems a little pedestrian."

"Do you have a better idea?" Ziggy asked curious.

Maya shrugged her shoulders, "Yes but if you want to stick with, you're original plan then go ahead. Carrie on." Maya said smirking.

"What's your idea?" Ziggy asked intrigued Maya pulls out a pair of keys that belonged to Nick, "Science and Nature." Maya replied with a mischievous smile.

Maya thought about inviting Asher to help the two pull a prank on Sheila but decided not to for Asher most likely wants time to himself after telling Nick and Maya everything.

Ziggy smiled as Maya eagerly grabbed Ziggy's hand making Ziggy feel butterflies in her stomach. The two head to the Science and Nature cabin. They fill bugs in a bucket and go to the outhouse and hung the bucket of bugs up on top of the stall. Maya wrote a fake note from Will and told a Sunnyvale camper to give the note to Sheila. Maya and Ziggy hid in the stalls standing close together Maya and Ziggy smile feeling their fingers touching each other Ziggy locked her picky with Maya's making both girls blush at the physical contact. Ziggy was fine with physical touch when it came to her family but after everything went to shit she hates it but since she became friends and gained feelings for Maya it changed her perspective that the only person Ziggy made physical contact was with Maya.

As they waited for Sheila to come Maya glances at Ziggy and sees that Ziggy is looking at her. Ziggy quickly looks away feeling embarrassed at being caught. Before Maya could tease Ziggy the two hear the door open.

Shelia walks inside the outhouse and smiles at the sight of the scattered rose petals on the floor and the lit candles.

"Will, this is too cute. Could have done it in your bunk, but this is kinda hot too." She says.

Maya does fake gagging making Ziggy quietly laughs. Sheila follows the rose petals that led to the stall. She opens the stall door and sees a note. She walks into the stall and picks up the paper.

Sheila looks up just as Ziggy pulls the rope making the bucket of bugs fall down dropping various bugs on Sheila. Sheila yelled as the bugs fell on her making Maya and Ziggy laugh hysterically. The two girls quickly left the outhouse laughing loudly. Maya slammed the door behind her and stuck a screwdriver in the latch, successfully locking Sheila in.
