it had been two whole weeks since aleiya moved in with the turtles and it was great.

her and mikey were like brother and sister, always playing video games together and eating weird snacks. donnie and aleiya would also often work together in the lab, donnie was finally happy he had someone to work with that actually understood what was going on. surprisingly, both aleiya and leo like to watch the same anime so they often watch it together as well.

splinter was happy his sons found a friend that didn't judge them based off their looks, that was a great fear of his. he loved watching aleiya bond with his sons over their passions, and helping them out whenever she could.

and raphael.. he still didn't seem to like her. aleiya didn't know why, whenever they were both in a room together he would completely ignore her and act as if she wasn't even there. aleiya wanted to get to know raph to let him know she wasn't out to get them or hurt them like he thought, but she didn't know how to approach him.

she didn't want to tell his brothers about this because she didn't want any arguments to happen between them because this, so she just kept it to herself in hopes that he would warm up to her.

"can you believe leo kicked us out of the living room for being 'annoying'" mikey said as we air quoted the word 'annoying'.

"to be fair, we were having an annoying sound contest" aleiya pointed out.

"hey, it was the only way we could see if banging pans on the wall was worse than attempting to do an ariana grande high note" mikey said as he shrugged his shoulders.

"true"

"so how are you liking living in the sewers?"

"well for starters i never thought i'd be asked that question, but it's actually pretty fun"

"so does that mean your not leaving??" mikey asked with a hint of gleam in his eyes.

"no, why would i leave?"

"well i just thought you'd get bored of us or want to go back to living with your old roommate" mikey said in a normal tone.

"well like you guys said, i'm much safer here and she still doesn't know about my powers" aleiya shrugged.

"mikey, sensei said it's time for training" raphael called out as he entered the room they were in.

"alright bro, hey aleiya wanna watch us train?" mikey asked and aleiya nodded.

"sure, i'll be there in a minute" aleiya responded and mikey nodded, leaving the room.

aleiya wanted to talk to raph about their little disagreement a few weeks ago. she hoped that now it had been a few weeks that he would have warmed up to her a little.

aleiya stopped raph before he left the room. "hey raph, can we talk?"

"bout what?" raph asked as he didn't turn around.

"listen, i know we kinda got off on the wrong foot but-"

"save it aleiya. i don't wanna hear it. just because my brothers and dad seem to love ya for some reason don't mean i have to. we aren't friends, we never will be friends and i don't want to talk to you. just do your own thing and leave me to do mine" raph said as he now turned to face aleiya. she wondered why he hated her so much, she didn't even do anything to make him not like her.

"but i just really want to know why you hate me so much.. i'm not saying i want you to love me or for us to be best friends but i at least want for us to be cool. and if your worried about me betraying you guys and going back to sacks i promise i'm not, i wouldn't betray someone who saved me" aleiya explained but raph didn't seem to hear anything she said. he just rolled his eyes, shook his head and left the room.

all aleiya wanted was to be friends with everyone. maybe, if she just gave raph his time to warm up to her he would finally see her as not a threat. however long that took..
