𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐖𝐒

17|| 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏

aleiya found herself running through the sewers. she had no clue where she was, and she for some reason couldn't find the lair.

it seemed like she was going in circles.. that's when she began to hear a demonic voice and loud footsteps coming from behind her.

"fear will eat you up" the voice stated, it echoed through the sewer tunnels. "you'll go crazy, crazy! i'll drive you so fucking crazy! and then i'll kill you, and those turtles! you stupid girl.. you shouldn't have told them about me! now they are going to die just like you!"

although aleiya was running out of breath and her legs felt heavier by the minute, she somehow tried to run faster.

"NO!!" aleiya screamed as she covered her ears from the demons loud demonic laugh. it didn't take a genius to figure out this was that figure that wanted her power.

aleiya stopped as she was about to run into a wall. she was trapped..

aleiya was about to turn around when she saw words began to appear on it.

"𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑏𝑟𝑎𝑖𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑏𝑜𝑑𝑦 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑏𝑒𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑦 𝑦𝑜𝑢"

aleiya gasped; she turned around and was met with another wall. she looked to her left and her right but was met with more walls.

aleiya tried to set the walls on fire to melt them using her fire powers but it was no use.

"just let me go!" aleiya called out. "please stop this" aleiya begged but the demon only laughed.

"all you have to do is give me your power and i'll leave you and those freakish turtles alone aleiya" the demon said. aleiya grew scared that number one, the demon was now out for the turtles as well as her and that aleiya couldn't see where the demon was.

"NO" aleiya screamed as she used her telekinesis to try to break through the wall but it was no use, the wall was too strong.

"you'll never break free from this, you stupid girl" the demon said, it seemed like the voice was all over the room at once so aleiya couldn't find out which direction it was coming from.

"ILL KILL YOU!" the demon screamed, it was the last thing aleiya heard before she started to feel dizzy and then everything turned black.

aleiya jolted up with a loud scream. she felt tears streaming down her face and was in a cold sweat. she looked around and saw the turtles and splinter, the light was on and she was sat up in bed.

it was a dream..

a nightmare.

"aleiya, what happened?" splinter asked.

"did you have a bad dream?" mikey followed up right after his father asked.

aleiya couldn't form any words so she just weakly nodded her head. she wiped her tears and finally caught her breath.

"what happened?" leo asked. aleiya didn't want to relive that scary moment but she knew she had to tell them what happened.

"t-the thing that wants to take my powers and kill me. i think it's after you guys now too.." aleiya said in a shaken voice. she looked at all five of the mutants faces and watched their expression change.

"what do ya mean it's after us?" raph pretty much growled at aleiya. she didn't know if he was mad at her or just in a bad mood because it was so late at night.

"in my dream it said that since i told you guys about it now it's after you.. it didn't really make sense but that's what it said. i'm so sorry" aleiya explained as she felt more tears in her eyes. she felt horrible that now the turtles were being dragged into her mess after they literally saved her and took her into their home.

"we know it's not your fault" leo spoke up. "and we'll help you get rid of this thing no matter what. we're here for you aleiya"

aleiya smiled, still looking down. "thanks leo but i don't even know what this thing is. and you guys can't see it"

"well maybe we can find a way to trap it somewhere" donnie suggested.

"you mean set up a bunch of mouse traps?" mikey asked and donnie sighed.

"no mikey, i don't mean a bunch of mouse traps. i mean one time i was going through old books and i found this ritual on how to trap evil identities or spirits. id probably have to find it again but it might work"

"ohhh so your saying we trap it inside of the book!" mikey said in realization and donnie just glared at him.

"no mikey that's not what i said at all" donnie spoke through gritted teeth.

"donatello, find that book and bring it to the dojo tomorrow morning, and michelangelo, stop with the nonsense questions" splinter said to the two turtles and they both nodded.

"hai sensei"

"hey lay lay, wanna sleep in the living room together? y'know, just in case you have any more nightmares your night in shining armor turtle can come and kick that dream demons ass?" mikey offered and aleiya agreed before laughing.

"sure mikey"

so mikey set up a bunch of blankets and pillows all around the couch to make it comfortable for him and aleiya and the couch was actually rather big since the turtles shells were huge.

"comfy?" mikey asked and aleiya nodded.

"very, thank you mikey"

"of course. night lay lay"

"night mikey"
