20|| 𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐉𝐀 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆

"i cant control it" aleiya cried as she heard knocking on her bedroom door. it seemed like every day it was getting worse and worse.

"aleiya" leo's voice was heard through the other side of the door. "can you please come out and talk to us?"

"guys i-i'm so sorry" aleiya cried as she looked around her trashed room. every night she would wake up in horror and a new mess was created by her powers.

"lay we really need to talk to you" this time she heard mikey's voice, but it didn't sound like his normal one. it sounded sad, mikey felt horrible for her and he felt even worse that they couldn't help her.

aleiya took a deep breath and wiped her tears before getting up and opening the door. she went to sit on her bed and im came leo and mikey.

"aleiya-"

"leo i'm so sorry" aleiya began. "i'm destroying your home a-and i can't control myself and because of me it's after you guys now. i'm so sorry"

"it's not your fault" leo spoke up. "we know your scared but i promise you it's not your fault and none of us are mad at you, we want to help you and we're trying our best to find that book of rituals"

"yea and your like our sister, we got your back" mikey assured her and leo nodded, agreeing.

"i just wish this.. thing would leave us all alone. i wish i could control it"

leo and mikey nodded to each other before looking back to aleiya.

"well actually, we have a way for you to blow off some stress" leo said and aleiya looked up.

"how?"

"sensei wants you to start training with us. he says that maybe if you have something to take your mind off of everything that's happening, you'll feel better. but only if you want to" leo explained and aleiya took a moment before nodding.

"yea, sure i'll start training with you" aleiya agreed and mikey jumped up.

"oh my gosh your gonna be a kunoichi! a badass kunoichi!" mikey cheered and aleiya looked up confused.

"a kunoichi?"

"it's a female ninja" leo said and aleiya nodded in realization.

"wanna start tomorrow?"

"sure"

THE NEXT MORNING aleiya sat at the kitchen table while eating a slice of left over pizza from last night and was listening to mikey ramble about training.

"and your going to do some badass kicks and flips and- ohh you might even get your own weapon!!" mikey beamed excitedly.

"really? what kind of weapon do you think i'd have?" aleiya asked and mikey shrugged.

"well, sensei gave us our weapons to match our personalities. he gave me nunchucks because he and my brother claims i'm scatter brained and don't always pay attention which i highly disagree with, but anyways he gave me the nunchucks because they take a lot of concentration to maintain" mikey explained.

"oh so like if you don't pay attention to where your swinging you could slap yourself in the face?" aleiya asked and mikey nodded.

"yep. i actually hit myself a lot of times, that's where i got this scar" mikey said as he pointed to one of the scars on his face. aleiya noticed that all four of the turtles had many scars all over their arms, hands faces etc.

"oh my gosh that must've hurt, how did it not heal fully yet?" aleiya asked as she looked at the scar.

"it was last week" mikey simply said. "i got distracted by a pizza commercial"

"ohh" aleiya laughed.

"gets it's time for training" leo said as he popped half of his body into the kitchen.

"alright" mikey and aleiya both said as they made their ways to the dojo.

as the two made it to the dojo aleiya looked around at all the weapons that hung on the wall. she wondered if she would ever use them.

"alright aleiya, we will begin with some basic stances until you get the hang of it" splinter said. he got into a normal forward stance and aleiya copied, the turtles stood behind her also copying splinter even though they had already mastered this.

"very well aleiya"

two more hours, and many more new stances went by and aleiya was actually very good at this. she seemed to be catching up really fast.

"wasn't that so fun? your so good at this already!" mikey praised as he handed aleiya a bottle of water.

"thanks" aleiya smiled. "yea that was actually fun. especially when splinter slapped raph with his tail"

"yeah he does that a lot" mikey said. "so do you think you'll start training with us every day?"

"you guys train every day?"

"yea! practice makes perfect, and we all know i'm perfect" mikey said as he took a sip of his water.

"in your dreams mikey" raph said as he came from behind mikey and slapped him on the back of his head, causing him to spill the water down his plastron.

"dude what the heck!"
