𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐖𝐒

21 ||𝐃𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐌𝐄?

ONE MONTH WENT BY, aleiya has been training along side the guys and has improved a lot. ever since she's started training, master sprinter has helped her learn to control her powers along with controlling her emotions.

"do you ever think you'll be able to fly?" mikey asked as he took a bite from his pizza.

"maybe one day. i'd love to learn how" aleiya said as she took a sip of her chocolate milk. "just think how cool it would be flying through the lair"

"that would be cool! you'd be like a huge bird!" mikey said with excitement in his eyes. "you'd never have to walk again!"

"i know! do you think donnie could teach me how?" aleiya asked and mikey looked up in excitement.

"um, yeah! let's go ask" mikey said as he grabbed his pizza in one hand and aleiyas hand in another. the two mutants ran to donnie's lab and mikey busted in without knocking, scaring the shit out of donnie.

"oh mikey you scared him" aleiya laughed as she sat next to donnie. "whatcha working on?"

"oh just a mutant turtle size mouse trap" donnie said as he glared at mikey.

"cool, who's that for?" mikey asked.

"it's probably for you, dum dum" raph said as he walked in the lab.

"is knocking not a thing anymore?!" donnie said as he rolled his eyes.

"donnie can you teach aleiya how to fly? y'know because she has wings and she could totally be a bird!!" mikey asked.

"how am i supposed to teach someone how to fly? do i look like a bird mikey?" donnie asked as he emphasized the word "i".

"well no but i thought you could like, invent a robot to teach her or something" mikey shrugged.

"trust me mikey if i invented anything even close to a robot, you would get your hands on it and completely destroy it"

"no i wouldn't!"

raph laughed. "didn't you say you had the hots for planktons computer wife karen from spongebob?"

"no!"

"wait mikey you said that?" aleiya laughed.

"i did not say that! and karen isn't even a robot she's literally a computer"

"wow i'm surprised you actually know the difference. and what did i tell you about having food in my lab?" donnie asked as he turned to mikey.

"dude i promise this time i won't drop it and make a mess"

"you better not"

"so back to the flying thing" mikey started and donnie groaned. "do you think she'll ever be able to fly?"

"well i'm sure she will be able to fly some day. it just might take her some time to gain the strength in her wings and time for her to actually learn how to use them but she'll probably fly one day" donnie explained.

"wait really?" aleiya asked as her eyes lit up.

"aww your gonna be like.. one of those pigeons raphs scared of!" mikey gleamed.

"i'm not scared of pigeons" raph argued.

"then why did you get scared when one flew by your face?"

"mikey i swear i'll strangle you-"

"raph it's okay to be scared of pigeons" mikey teased and raph slapped the back of his head, causing him to drop his pizza and the sauce to splatter all over the floor.

donnie turned to mikey and pointed to the door. "out mikey!"

mikey ran outside of the lab before donnie could throw anything at him.

LATER THAT DAY, aleiya was wondering around the lair when she heard noise coming from raphs room. she knew she shouldn't disturb his peace but she really wanted him to like her.. or at least not hate her as much.

"um.. raph?" aleiya called out as she knocked on the closed door.

the music stopped. "yea?" aleiya heard on the other side of the door.

"can we talk?" aleiya asked, hoping he would answer.

a few seconds went by and the door finally opened, revealing raphs tall frame with a towel wrapped around his waist and a toothpick in his mouth.

"can i help you?" raph asked.

aleiya couldn't help but stare at his muscular body. he was huge. his biceps were definitely bigger than her head.

"are ya gonna say something or just stand there staring at me like a weirdo?" raph called, snapping aleiya out of her thoughts.

"sorry" aleiya said in embarrassment, feeling her cheeks heat up. "i just wanted to talk"

raph leaned on the door frame. "about?"

"i just.." aleiya started. "did i do something? because if i did anything to you or said something that you didn't like i'm sorry-"

"what are you talking about?" raph interrupted.

"well it's just that i get the impression you don't like me and i feel like i did something or said something and i just want you to know if i did offend you in any way while i was here i'm sorry and i didn't mean any harm.. and i was hoping we could be friends?"

"ya think i hate you?"

"well no, i don't think you hate me but i just get the impression you don't like me" aleiya said, looking straight into raphs eyes.

raph paused for a minute, before smirking. "how bout you and i train in the dojo tomorrow and i'll show you how much i 'hate' ya" raph winked before turning his shell to aleiya and walking back into his bedroom, leaving aleiya dumbfounded.
