40 || 𝐉𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐍

aleiya woke up in a moving vehicle. she felt ropes tied around her arms and legs, and she could feel a sticky sense on her mouth.

duct tape.

aleiya looked up but could barley see anything. her whole body felt weak, like her limbs would fall off at any given moment. she could barley even hold her wings up.

'what is going on...' aleiya thought to herself as she tried to make out in her surroundings.

then, she heard talking... a male voice.

"先生、女の子を捕まえました。私たちは今、彼女と一緒に塔に向かっています。はい、彼女の力は彼女の体から消えています、あなたが尋ねたように、私たちはそれをチューブの中に入れています。"

aleiya couldn't make out what the man was saying, but she had a gut feeling it wasn't good. she wasn't scared— she was terrified.

where is she? where is she going?... who is that man? and what happened to the turtles and splinter...?

just then, the vehicle made a hard stop. she looked up as the door was opened and a man appeared.

he was wearing an all black suit, and a black mask. he yanked aleiya out of the van and instructed her to walk forward, cutting the ropes off her legs so she could do so.

naturally, aleiya would make a run for it but given that there were men all around her who had guns and other deadly ninja weapons, she knew she wouldn't stand a chance trying to escape.

aleiya was led into a tall building with no windows, just.... a brick building. they walked inside, it was dark but aleiya could see some things. she could see ninja weapons, mostly swords.

lots of swords.

"sensei, the girl you requested."

"alive?"

"we weren't given enough time to drain all of the blood from her body."

"leave her here."

the man hooked aleiya up to some chains on the wall, then left.

aleiya knew who was in front of her.....

shredder.

aleiya felt a mix of emotions. she was scared, confused, mad, and sad. it hit her like a brick that she probably wasn't going to walk out of this place alive, and if she was lucky enough to, she would only walk out with a few broken bones.

"child"

aleiya's attention turned to shredder.

"you are a very important key for my mission. but now that i have what i need from you, you are useless to me now. i have no choice but to dispose of you."

aleiya saw that shredder was holding a large, sharp, shiny katana in his left hand as he slowly made his way up to her.

her heart dropped, was this it? was this the day she was going to die?

"but, as time went on, i've realized that you are more useful than i had previously thought. the rat taught you ninjitsu, yes?"

aleiya nodded.

"perfect. you'll be the perfect test subject for my mind control plan."

....mind control?

before aleiya could even react to what shredder had just said, she was met with a large dart in her neck, causing her whole world to go black and her to pass out onto the floor.
