"Hey, you ready to head over to the parents for Brunch?" Dan wonders coming into the kitchen and missing my head
"Yeah just give me a sec." I mumble texting Serena about the flowers and Blair about the entertainment.
"Who's case are you on now?" He questioned grabbing his jacket from the back of a pitching chair.
"Serena's and Blair's I'm multi tasking. Have you finished what's his face book?" I close my phone and look up
"Yeah, it's not bad. Maybe you should read it."
"Maybe, when I'm not busy planning a wedding." I wrap my arms around his neck "When do you have your suit fitting?"
"The day after tomorrow, but I still haven't picked out a best man. Nate's not speaking to me, I would consider asking Chuck?"
"Well what about Eric or Vanessa, that's a good idea, it doesn't necessarily have to be a man." I suggested
"Me and Vanessa are a little weird after the whole Columbia drama."
"She didn't do that, she wouldn't I mean I know she's suspicious of Serena constantly but she wouldn't go that far, I'm sure of it." I tell him and he sighed
"Come on, let's go." We headed for the family apartment

It was only Dan, Rufus and I sat at breakfast. I dished up my food and poured myself a glass of juice.
"You know how much money you can make in lobsters?" Dan asked while reading his book
"No, Daniel. I do not." Rufus retorted
"Sorry, I assumed when you invited us for family breakfast that there would be more family involved."
"Yeah. So did I but I forgot about Lily and Eric going to his interview at Wesleyan. So how are things going with the wedding planning?"
"Good." i tell him "Jenny's coming over soon, I asked her to design and make my dress. So she's bringing over some designs. Dan still needs to choose 'Best Man' though."
"Well, I was telling Rosie earlier, Nate's not talking to me Chuck is Chuck, she did suggest Vanessa though."
"Oh that reminds me. I have to go see Blair, she should be heading to campus by now." I quickly finished my food. "Bye"
"I'll come with you, maybe I can run into Nate and talk with him."

It doesn't take us that long to get to the Campus of Columbia. Dan grabs my arm and stops me
"What?" I ask he nods over to across the way and I see Serena closing the door on a cab with a guy in it. I see Dan look down on his book and we look back and forth. "Serena and Professor Forrester?"
A little while after the two of us sat next to Serena on either side of her. With our arms folded
"Uh-oh you two have mad face. Is everything okay?" She asked
"No it's not and you should know better." Dan replied
"I think I missed something." she looked confused
"We didn't. We saw you this morning getting out of the cab with Colin Forrester, are you having and affair with your professor?" I wondered
"Well, technically he's a guest lecturer. And not it's not an affair because we agreed not to do anything till the semester's over. It's romantic."
"What would be romantic is him making a sacrifice for you." Dan replied
"What are you saying."
"Dan would do anything for me and vice versa. As have most of your ex boyfriends. So if this billionaire really cares about you why can't he quit teaching and take you out on a real date. You're worth more than a guest lecture fee, you do know that right? Later Gater" The two of us left
