Bolt looked all around him. Everything around him was a dark black, with orange and yellow flames surrounding him. He could feel the heat touching his fur. The smell of burning plastic, plywood, and plaster envloped the room. Bolt began to panic, as he realized he was inside a burning building.
"Stay calm Bolty, stay cool Bolty" he said to himself over and over. Glancing around the room, Bolt noticed a way out. He ran into that room, hoping to find an exit, but it was just another burning room. Suddenly, a terrifying thought entered his head.
"What if Penny is in here?"
He began to sniff around, but he couldn't smell Penny anywhere.
He then heard a voice through a vent "Don't worry, Penny's fine, everyone is out of the building!"
He realized he was on his own.
He began to run through the building, weaving under and jumping over beams, rubble, and bit of the fallen roof.
The white shepherd quickly ran across a metal slab, and Bolt yelped as the hot metal singed his paws and burnt his fur. He ran even faster, when suddenly a part of the roof collasped, and landed on his tail.
Bolt was now stuck, within the burning building.
