It had been a day since Bolt and Mittens had gotten back from the vet. Bolt and Mittens were on the red couch, relaxing. Mittens had noticed small frown on Bolts face.
"Bolt, whats wrong?" asked Mittens.
"Penny still hasn't returned, I miss her a lot."
"I see. I'm sure she misses you too."
"She probably does."
"I miss her."
"I know you do."
Just then, the front doorbell rang.
Pennys mom opened the front door, and standing there was Penny. Bolts tail began to wag, and he said "Penny!"
Bolt stood up, and ran off the couch, and right up to her.
"Penny, Penny! I missed you so mucb, I'm so happy you're back"
Bolts barking echoed around the room, as Penny put her suitcases down, she picked up Bolt. Penny hugged Bolt.
"I missed you so much, Bolt! Now that I'm back, we can play all you want!" said Penny.
"Yes, yes we can!" said Bolt.
Penny carried Bolt outside, where she put him down, and for the next few hours, the two of them played.
Bolt had never been happier.
