Speaking to Lily Evans revealed one key thing to Olivia- the red headed Witch was never a true friend to Severus Snape.
He was a temporaryfixture until she found people more attune to her outgoing, Gryffindor personality. People she could actually see calling friends. What she looked for in a friend Olivia didn't know. Had she been given the opportunity herself- Olivia would have jumped at the chance of a friendship with Snape.
The bright Slytherin understood that as a muggle born Lily couldn't realistically hold a deep relationship with someone who believed her kind were second class citizens and shouldn't exist. However at the same time she found it hard to believe Snape held such views on a strong level considering he sought Lily's friendship as a child and had a photo of her under his pillow til this very day- despite knowing her blood status.
Surely he only joined the death eaters because he had no other option?- no one else to turn to to give a damn about him at a time he was abandoned by his so called best friend?.
Even if she was the exception to his rule of hating muggle borns and muggles, his genius and other impressive, positive characteristics about him outweighed his being a death eater in her option- he was worth having in her life.
Of course this was Olivia we are talking- the girl couldn't see the forest through the trees when it came to Severus Snape. She literally had a running list of positive attributes she added to regularly concerning the man:

One thing was clear however, as much as she wanted Snape to take her virginity, there was no way she was going to let that happen if some other woman's name would leave his lips straight after.
Olivia thought long and hard, finally settling on what she had known all along was the only course forwards- she was going to seduce the Potions Master.
She was going to make him so consumed with her he wouldn't dare look at another woman least of all have space in that brilliant mind of his to think about one after he had sex with her. By the time she was done with the Man he would be craving her, going mad from thoughts only of her- begging for the one thing she would be holding back at all times:
Herself.
Yes- the little Witch wanted him on his knees, gasping for her like the very air he breathed.
She wouldn't stop not matter how crazy it made her herself to hold back.
His world will begin and end with ONE Witch at the end of all this and her name was OLIVIA.
The Slytherin laughed to herself darkly.
Something tells me this is going to be quite fun.
