In the evening,  Arjun  and Vrinda  made  their  way  to the village  temple.  They had a good time. Both felt  peaceful  because  of  the  soothing  environment  and the positive  energy  from the temple. After some  time  Arjun  went to meet some temple authorities  while  Vrinda  spent her time  observing  her  surroundings.  They had their  dinner  after going back  to  their house. Everyone  retired to their rooms.
The next morning, after having  their  breakfast  Arjun  reminded  Vrinda  about going somewhere.  So, Vrinda  and Arjun  went  to  the register  office.  Vrinda  was  confused about why Arjun  brought  her to the registration office. She had a bad feeling  thinking about what Arjun  is up to. Sensing  her confusion  Arjun  clarified  her doubt.

Arjun: " I'm not here to marry  you.  Come, let's go. The register  is  waiting  for  us. "

Vrinda: " Then  why did you bring  me here?"

Arjun:" Can't  you just  listen  to  me at least  ones without   any cross questions?"

Vrinda: "OK. Fine, let's go?".

When Vrinda  was given the registration  documents,  she wanted to read them, but Arjun  beat her by objecting her to read  the documents

Arjun: " Vrinda,  I verified  those documents.  You can  just sign  them. "

Vrinda: " But, what are these documents  about? We can't sign  them without reading , right? "

Arjun: " Oh! Those are land documents  which belong  to  our parents. Grandma  wants that land to get transferred  to us. So. I already  signed  it. See, they are waiting.   Make  it fast, please. "

Vrinda , though  she doubted his abnormal behavior,  she let it go for the time being. She completed  the formalities  and  Arjun  heaved  a sigh of relief . They made their way back home. Arjun  told his Grandma  that everything  went well without any hiccups.

After a  few days….,

Vrinda  was busy  with  her  sketches,  when Grandma  came to her room. She wanted to have a word with Vrinda  about the coming temple  festival (Jatara).

Vrinda: " Grandma,  why did you come all the way up? You could  have  called me or informed  someone. Did you take your medicine?".

Grandma: " I am fine, ma. Yes, I took my medicine. By the way, what are you doing ?"

Vrinda: " Nothing  Grandma , just some random  sketches."

Grandma:" Is it? Come on, show me ?. "

Vrinda showed  her artwork  to  her  Grandma.  She thought  her Grandma  may not like her work as she is not that confident in her work. But,

Grandma:" Beautiful.  Vrinda  do you like sketching  on Jewelry?. If you're interested  why didn't you try sketching  for some branded jewelers.  They will consider  your designs  ma."

Vrinda:" Yes, Grandma. I like sketching  jewelry.  I want to start my own jewelry  business. But you know that we don't have  much financial resources. So, I'm working  as an architect where  I am getting enough  pay. I am saving  some amount for the  start-up. I'm planning  to  start my own business  in 5 years.  Until then, I can accumulate the  amount for  capital   and take some loans. "

Grandma  thought  for some  time.  She wanted to tell Vrinda  that  they had enough  resources  to  start her business, but for that, she had to sell some of her properties. She wanted her granddaughter  to achieve  her dream. In fact, it's her wish to restart the jewelry  business.  when  she saw  the designs of Vrinda,  they were unique  and  elegant. Those designs  resembled the work of Madhav. She was so proud  of  her  granddaughter.  She blessed  Vrinda for her successful  career.

Grandma:" I can see  your father 's work in your designs, ma. They are so beautiful and  unique.  I wish you  good  luck.

By the way, starting tomorrow  there will be a temple  festival  for 5 days. Will you attend  the  Jatara  with me?".

Vrinda: " Sure, Grandma,  at what time are we supposed  to   go?".

Grandma:" The earlier, the better.  And do you know how to drape a saree?".

Vrinda :" Yes  Grandma,  but why?.Am  I supposed  to  come in a saree?".

Grandma: "Ya, it doesn't look  good if you  go  to the temple in these salwar suits.  It's a traditional  festival  which is organized  by  our village  every  year.  There will be kalyanam(marriage of Godha devi- Ranganatha)on the 5th day. So, I wish you would dress accordingly. "

Vrinda:" But Grandma, I didn't  bring  any sarees. Bava didn't  give me time  to  properly  pack my bags.  I bought  only these dresses. "

Grandma:" That's not an issue.  I have your mother's  sarees with me. You can choose one among  them. Coming to the blouse  it can be altered in the meantime.  Is it OK with you? "

Vrinda:" OK. No problem.  I wish to wear my mom's saree. "

Grandma:" I will be more than happy.  Vrinda  we will  have  to  go to the temple  all these 5 days. The 5th day is the kalyanam. I hope you don't  have any period problems in  these 5 days."

Vrinda: " No, Grandma  I'm done with my cycle.  I have no problems . I will definitely  attend  the  Jatara. "

Grandma: " Good, let's have our lunch, and in the evening  I'll  get you the saree."

Vrinda: "OK. Let's go. "

They had their  lunch.  Arjun  was busy with some other  work, so he couldn't  join them for lunch. In the evening,  Grandma  gave a beautiful  golden color saree to Vrinda along with some jewelry.  Vrinda  politely  declined  the  jewelry  saying  she is not comfortable  wearing  them. But grandma  insisted on her. She said she wanted to see her lost daughter  in Vrinda.  Vrinda  agreed  instantly, not disappointing  her  Grandma.  They had an early  dinner  as they were supposed  to  go to the temple  early  in the morning.  Arjun  kept himself  busy with some calls . Only God knows  what  he is up to.

The next day, everyone  got ready  for  the festival.  By the time Vrinda  got ready and came to the living room, Arjun  was having  his coffee. As if sensing  someone's presence behind  him, Arjun  looked up to see Vrinda all ready. She was stunningly beautiful. The golden color  saree complimented her skin tone. The jewelry  enhanced her beauty.  Arjun  was lost in his world. He kept staring  at her for a long time. Arjun  was  wearing  his traditional  outfit.  He was in his  cream  coloured dhoti  and half sleeve red shirt.  This is  the first time Vrinda  sees him in traditional  clothing. He looked handsome  and  matured. Vrinda  was  ogling at him. He was 6 feet  tall, and in that traditional  outfit  he looked charming and taller. Vrinda looked small and petite with her personality. But they looked like a couple  made for each other when they looked together. Grandma  broke their staring session  by  clearing her throat.  They carried  fruits,  flowers  and other  items required  for the pooja and made their way to the temple.
