"This is wrong on so many levels!" Sirius shouted.
"Shh!! Harry will hear you." Josette hissed.
"You and that noseless prick, best friends??" James also shouted despite the warning.
"But he tried to kill you, multiple times!!" And this was Lupin.
"And Dumbledore knew??" Severus added, in a much calmer voice than all of them.
"Thank you for stopping at that. We can talk about Tom later, but we need to discuss Dumbledore now. He is not what you all thought."
"But... but... he is Dumbledore. He is on the good side."
"He is against evil, that doesn't necessarily mean he is good." Josette stated.
"What are we going to do now??" Remus asked.
"Don't let him manipulate us anymore."
"Manipulate us??" Remus repeated, he thought all this is to get to Harry so, how did he manipulate them.
"Dumbledore is just like Tom wearing a mask of good. The black sheep." she pointed at Sirius, "The young werewolf." The finger turned to Remus, "The repentant Death eater." And now to Severus, "The Orphan Hero. The expelled Half-giant. You all are out-casts, I am not saying it in a bad way, but you are and Dumbledore is the one who saved you, even me, a foolish God. Just as Tom has death eaters, Albus has us except we see him us our Hero, our savior, we respect him, we think we need him, without him we would not be here and it's true. That's how he has been playing us all."
"This is a whole new level of manipulation!!" Sirius exclaimed.
"He protected us, gave us a second chance at life and asked only one thing in return, our loyalty, to a point where we would sacrifice our life because it's his plan. One of us did-" She looked at James.
After some time when they recovered from their shock, James spoke "We need to tell others."
"No." Severus immediately denied "If we tell everyone, they won't trust him anymore, and it will create a rift in the order which, in times like these, we can't afford."
"I agree." Josette supported him.
"But you said-"
"I never said he is evil or bad, his intentions are good, he has saved us many times, he leads the order perfectly well and we need him. I am just saying don't blindly follow everything he says. Think twice."
Everyone nodded agreeing with her. Josette is not as angry at him as she was that day. Because honestly, she thinks just like him, she would do anything to keep her family safe, if that meant killing someone or blaming everything on an innocent person. But she is not going to trust him again, never.
"Are we at least going to tell Harry?" Sirius asked.
"Don't worry, I will talk to him." Josette assured them.
