17 January: Hogs Head Inn.

"What can I get for this lovely lady?" Sirius smiled brightly as he leaned over the counter, coming face to face with the female customer.

"Oh, you're Sirius Black." she gasped, not in a frightening way. She was just surprised to see someone who had been to Azkaban could be this handsome, seeing as most people turn mad and never recover.

"The one and only." Sirius winked.

The woman visibly blushed. "You're so brave to have escaped Azkaban. I always wondered how you did that."

Even after Sirius was released, he never revealed how he escaped from the world's most secure prison. Interviewers asked, but he said it was a secret he didn't want to let out so other prisoners won't use it. That, and mostly because he didn't want to be sent back there for being an unregistered animagus.

"I'll let you in on a secret." he leaned closer to her ear. The woman literally stopped breathing. "I'm an animagus dog." And then he moved back.

"Wow, I bet you look just as handsome as a dog." she blurted out without even thinking, now seeming more confident in flirting with him.

"Yeah, he's also taken. Now, fuck off before I send you to hell." someone whispered in her ear. She turned around to see Josette, the Goddess of Death, with her eyes glowing purple. The 'send you to hell' threat always seemed to work on everyone as they connect the God of Death to Hell, but they don't know how wrong they are.

The woman turned white. Slowly, she reached for her bag and then hurried out of the pub.

"Oh, come on." Sirius groaned.

Josette turned to him and smirked. "Did I ruin your moment?" she innocently asked.

"As a matter of fact, you did." Sirius walked around the counter to the other side and led them to a table.

"Don't forget you have a girlfriend." Josette reminded him as they took a seat. "Who you were also engaged to."

"It's not like I was cheating on you. They tip more when I flirt." Sirius proudly said. The one thing he was good at, and he was getting paid for it. Of course, it was a proud moment for him.

"You slut, that works for women." Josette rolled her eyes.

"Don't underestimate me." he raised an eyebrow, ready to prove her wrong.
