Chapter 2 Part 3: I'm Serious.

Perri:

Cassidy's lost in the music. I suppose that's better than being caught up reliving what happened this morning.

Her feet are tapping and shes swaying her hair. I smile to myself. The group takes a break.

"Hey, how you feeling?"

"Better actually. Can I help out after the break?"

"Sure, go ask Ashley."

As she gets up I place my hand on hers,

"I'm always here for you."

She just smiles and goes over to Ash.

Cassidy:

"Ash, can I help out in a minute?"

"Sure okay, only if you feel up to it!"

"I'm fine."

"Okay, we are going to be teaching the finally. Perri will run over it with you now."

"Okay thanks!" I hug Ash.

"Pel! I've been told that you will go over the final dance with me."

"Who told you that?" He says trying to act annoyed.

"Ash." I say smiling.

Perri just rolls his eyes.

"Fine!"

"Did you know that you only look cute when you roll your eyes- not annoyed." I say with a wink. I'm feeling way better than I did before.

"Oh, well thanks!" Perri says nudging me. "From the top- 5,6,7,8..."

"Good, you've got it!" Perri says watching me dance.

"Thanks for running through it." I say hugging him.

"No problem, lets teach the others."

"Ashley, me and Cass with take this lot if you want." Perri says nodding towards the dancers.

"Okay, cheers, that means I can get other things ready."

We teach the dance for 30 minutes, going over it again and again until they are perfect.

"Hey, we're good at this together..." I say to Perri as we watch them dance though it.

"I know... perfect match..."

Once the workshops over Diversity go over the the photo area to take pictures and sign autographs. I start to pack my things up with Sadie.

"Um, hello, I was wondering if I could get a photo?" I turn round to see a little girl about 8 smiling at me shyly.

"With me?" I ask shocked. "Okay, sure."

"Thankyou." She says hugging me.

"Thats okay! Well done for today!"

"Looks like your famous." Sadie says.

"Naa, I'm not." I say shaking my head. "C'mon, lets go."

"Okay, Bye guys." Sadie says waving.

"Oh your going?" Ash says. "Well thanks for everything today. Hope your okay Cassidy."

"Thanks Ash. Do you leave tomorrow?"

"Yeah." He says with a sigh. "Unfortunately. Pop into Dancework anytime you want!"

"Okay thanks!" Me and Sadie say together. "Have fun tonight."

"Shall we go somewhere, or do you just want to go back to our room?"

"Lets go back and watch a movie." I say linking arms with Sadie.

"Sounds good to me."

We get back to our room and collapse on the sofa.

"Go grab the ice-cream Sade." I say pointing to the freezer.

"Um, no! You get it!" She says switching on the tv.

"Fine! Whatever." I get up off the sofa to get the ice- cream. "Chocolate or vanilla?"

"Chocolate!"

Perri:

"Where did Cassidy go?" I ask walking up to Ashley.

"Oh her and Sadie left, they said something about going back to watch a movie, I'm not sure."

"Oh okay. Thanks."

"You can go find her if you want. You two suit each other. Even if there is an age gap." He pats my back and walks off.

I text Cassidy.

Hey, whats ur room number? ;) xx

I get a reply straight away.

378... why?xx

No reason. xx. I text back.

Right I'm going to watch the movie with her. This is my last night here before we travel back to Dancework and I'm going to spend it with her.

Cassidy:

"What film have you put on?" I ask passing Sadie a tub of chocolate ice-cream.

"We're the Millers. Thanks." She says taking the tub.

The films really funny, we sit there with our ice-cream creasing with laughter.

*Knock Knock*

"Whose that?" Sadie asks pausing the film.

"Dunno, I'll get it." I get up off the sofa.

I open the door to see Perri holding a bouquet of roses.

"Omg! Whats this for?" I say letting him in.

"Just a little something for you before I go back to Essex." He says passing me the flowers.

I can see Sadie smiling at us over the top of the sofa.

"I will see you soon though!" I say hugging him. "I live in Essex."

"I know but..."

I kiss him on the cheek. He blushes.

"Can I talk to you outside please?" He says.

"Yeah, sure." I lead him onto the balcony. "What did you want to say to me then?" I smile.

"Look, I've known you for two days. Some people may say that's crazy. But the way I feel about you is different. I'm serious about you! Call me crazy!"

I just smile at him.

"Perri, your not crazy, well you are but that's not the point..." This makes him laugh. "I feel the same, but I've not been the same with love since Billy."

"I'm not here to rush things, I just wanted you to know how I feel. I don't care what people say. I'm serious!"

"Serious?" I ask kissing him.

"Serious." He says kissing me back.
