Chapter 5 Part 2: More than a film night.

Cassidy:

I wake up to sun streaming through my blinds. Today is mine and Sadie's day. Once a week we spend all day together.

I grab my phone of my bedside table. The time is 8:15am. I'm meeting Sadie at 9:30am. I go on twitter and go through my notifications. I follow a few people then compose a tweet:

@CassidyBaxter: I'm looking forward to today! With my bestun @SadieJay x

I lock my phone and head into the bathroom. I turn on the shower and jump in feeling the warm water hit my body. Once I've finished I dry myself, wrap the towel around me and head into my bedroom. I choose my outfit putting it on. I wear my white crop top, light distressed high-waisted shorts and my red floral kimono. I also put on my brown leather sandals. I sit down at my dressing table plugging in my hair dryer. It takes me 10 minutes to fully dry my hair. I brush it then put it into a fishtail braid. I do my normal makeup and pick out a necklace. I put on the necklace Perri brought me then I layer it with a gold triangle one. I grab my bag and phone and head downstairs.

"Morning sissy!" Alex says sitting in the kitchen.

"Hey!" I say going and sitting next to her.

My phone starts ringing. It's Perri.

Cassidy: 'Hey!'

Perri: 'Hey babe, I was wondering after you've been out with Sadie, if you would like to come over mine for pizza and films?'

Cassidy: ' Yeah, okay! Sounds fun. See you at 7pm?'

Perri: 'Cool! Love you.'

Cassidy: ' Love you too. Bye.'

Perri: 'Bye.'

I walk over to the fridge getting out some ready made pancakes. I put some on a plate and head outside. My dad comes out and sits by me.

"You out with Sadie today?" He asks.

"Yeah and then I'm going over to Pels for Pizza and films."

"Okay, will you be staying over?"

"I don't know, might do. I will text you."

"Okay, well see you later then."

I put my plate in the dishwasher, kiss Alex on the cheek, grab my bag and head outside. I text Sadie.

'Hey on way, where are you?xx'

'Hey, I'm at the studio, so meet me here!xx'

'Okay cool.xx'

I head over to the studio. When I get there I go inside.

"Hey Dani! Do you know where Sadie is?"

"Hey sweet! And yeah she's in there with the boys."

"Okay thanks."

I push open the door into the dance studio.

"Hey Cassidy!" The all say.

Perri comes over and hugs me.

"Hey babe!" He says.

"Hey!" I say hugging him back. "Sadie are you ready?"

"Where you off to?" Sam asks.

"Shopping!" I say laughing.

"Nice!"

"I'm coming." Sadie says getting up from sitting on the mats.

"Bye girls!" The boys chorus.

"Bye!" Me and Sadie say.
