Chapter 3 Part 1: It's Official.

Cassidy:

Last night was so relaxing, it was nice to get to know Perri better- and the fact that we are a couple now! We stayed up watching films until about 2am. After that me and Pel fell asleep with our arms around each other. I feel warm inside knowing that he's mine... But I can't get the thought out the back of my head about the lock. I try to forget it.

"Morning babe." Perri says rolling over to face me.

"Morning." I say smiling and pushing his hair out from his face.

We stare at each other just enjoying each others company. The noise of my phone ringing breaks the silence between us.

"Who could that be this early in the morning?" I say frowning.

It's an unknown number.

'Hello?"

' Hi, is this Cassidy Baxter?'

'Yes it is.'

'Hello, this is Sasha calling from the film Step up 5 headquarters. We were wondering if you would like to be one of our dancers for the latest film?'

'NO WAY!' I almost scream down the phone.

Perri looks at me confused.

'Yes, if you would like to take this offer up I will send you a link for the choreography, so that you can start learning it before rehearsals begin.'

'Yes! I would love too! Thankyou very much!'

'Great, welcome aboard. I will email you now, this will include all the information you need and when rehearsals start.'

'Thankyou so much!'

'Cool, see you soon Cassidy!'

'Bye!'

"Who was that?"

"That was Sarah from Step up 5 film asking me if I would like to be one of their dancers!" I scream.

"NO WAY! That's amazing babe!" Perri says hugging me.

I run downstairs and tell my parents.

"That's great!" They say hugging me. "Well done!"

I run back upstairs.

"They've sent me a link to the choreography so I can start learning it." I say opening my wardrobe.

"That's cool. I've got to go in 30 minutes because I've got to get changed and get to the studio. You can come if you want."

"Okay, cool! I will just get ready."

"I will go downstairs." Perri says with a wink.

I change into my Nike Pro Leopard print sports bra and a loose white tank top. I put on my Nike shorts and trainers. I grab a hoodie in case I get cold.

I jog down the stairs to find my dad talking to Perri like they were father and son. It makes me smile.

"I'm going to go too." I say making them both jump.

"Okay sweetheart." Dad says giving me a hug. "See you whenever you get back."

"Bye Mr Baxter." Perri says with a nod.

"Call me Harry!" My dad shouts as I close the front door.

We get into Perri's car and drive to his flat. I sit in the front and turn the music up full. We jam to the music all the way to his place. The drive takes about 10 minutes.
