"Let's head to the Dawn Winery," Aether suggests as the group nods and head over, then stop when they noticed someone was waiting for them
"Oh no!" Klee says and hides behind Razor as the group were huddled
Knights of Favonius gathered and surrounded them as they opened to make way for Jean, who was very upset
"I found out what you've been doing! Honorary Knight! How could you! I trusted you! We respect you! And this is what we see?! Klee! You are going back to your confinement room! You all have been helping the monster! Keeping it hidden from us!"
Aether felt shame, but at the same time, he did not, for they were trying to save a friend, who protects Mondstadt from the shadows, and is adored by them, despite how he is
"No, Jean! I will not go back!" Klee spats as the Knights gasped, not expecting for Klee to defend herself
"As for you, Bennett! If you don't all surrender, we will make sure everything you love, will be destroyed!"
Jean took out her sword as Bennett asks, "What do you mean by that?"
Jean: Bennett, you will no longer have a team of your own, despite the fact you yourself, are a team!
Bennett: No!
Jean: Razor, you will be coming with us, and staying in the city!
Razor: *growls* My lupical! Never abandon home!
Jean: Venti! I will ban you from drinking freely, and every tavern will never let you in
Venti: What?! NO! PLEASE!
Jean: Klee, you will no longer make your bombs! I will take everything you use to make them!
Klee: *cries*
Jean: And as for you, Honorary Knight, you will no longer be welcomed into our city, ever again!
Aether knew she was trying to break them. Bennett, despite being the only one, made Bennett's Adventure Team, Razor loves his home, Klee enjoys bomb making from her mom, Venti, despite being a God, enjoys drinking
He felt a lump in his throat, so he made the hardest decision, despite knowing what was coming
"I'm sorry, Jean, but we will help that 'monster' you call! He knows all of you! I, as an Honorary Knight, will make sure he comes home! To us! To your city! We will defend him, no matter the cost!"
The group felt their hopes high as they nodded. They all took out their weapons, and Klee summoned her bomb as the Knights left in fear
"Make sure they don't escape!" Jean says as the Knights agreed and charged at the group
Razor kept them back as he slammed the ground, making a wave of electro claws pushing the Knights back from getting close to them
"Everybody, stand back!" Bennett yells as he jumps, slamming his hand down as a floor of flowing pyro waved, heating it to keep them away, and giving his group strength as they fought
Venti whistles, and a roar was heard as the Knights ducked down
"Come on!" Venti uses his skill as he made a circle on the ground, with wind flowing up as he made it onto the dragon
The others glided and got on as Dvalin roared and flew off, high into the sky as it dodged the arrows being shot by them
"Higher!" Venti says as the dragon roars and goes higher, not one arrow able to reach him
"Barbatos, what is the meaning of this?" Dvalin, using telepathy, asks Venti as he sighs and answers telepathically
"Diluc is in danger, and they found out what we've been doing, so we will protect him at all costs, alright, old friend?"
Dvalin nods as it flies to Liyue, trying to find their giant friend as Aether points, "There!"
He was lying on the ground, his eyes closed, and had bandages for some reason
Dvalin flies down and they all get off, thanking him as he flew back to the nation
"Diluc!" Aether yells as the red haired male wakes up, seeing his friends were panicking and looked as if they had a battle
"What happened?" He asked as Venti shrugs, "Jean found out, and our battle has begun, but luckily, we managed to escape to find where you were."
"Oh no! Oh no! It's all my fault for taking Kaeya for a stroll! If I didn't do that and stayed hidden, none of this -"
"It was going to happen no matter what!" Aether says as Diluc nods, knowing they would've found out because they all acted suspicious, and even if they tried not to, it was still a bit obvious
"Diluc, why don't you join us? We'll ley you know when to arrive, we're just waiting for Kaeya and Albedo, because it seems they found a cure without the whole prophecy thing," Venti says as Diluc was a bit happy, but still concerned for them
"Are they safe?" He asks as they all nod, knowing Jean wouldn't search the Thousand Winds Temple yet
"Then I'll prepare," Diluc says as he was about to stand up, and a voice behind startled everyone
"We're coming with you, Diluc, of Mondstadt," a deep and powerful voice says as Aether smiles, recognizing the voice
A God appeared, and on his shoulder was the adeptus, who jumped off and landed in front of Aether
"You don't have to," Aether whispers, but Xiao answered, "He is a friend of yours, so I'll protect him at all costs."
The group smiled as Rex Lapis bowed to Venti in secret, who bowed back as both archons smiled, knowing this will be a battle of the history of Teyvat
