Kaeya and Albedo arrived to the Thousand Winds Temple, searching for the cave marked on Mika's map
"Nothing," Albedo whispers as Kaeya looks around, seeing a hydro Abyss mage as he slowly points and both walk towards it, slowly
It immediately noticed them, and a water bubble was formed as he used it for its shield
Kaeya freezed his opponent, and Albedo summons a flower, turning gold as he rose up, using it as an elevator and plunges down, having geo as it created crystals around the enemy
They grabbed them, and elemental shields were formed, strong enough to take on powerful attacks
They destroyed the bubble and used cryo and geo, making the mage terrified
"STOP! PLEASE! I'LL TALK!" It speaks with a raspy, high pitched voice as it backed away from the 2
"Favonius?! I...I won't tell you anything!" It panics, and Albedo just smiles, well, both
Staring down at the fallen enemy with glares, smiling widely, giving the mage shivers as it gave up
"FINE, I'LL TALK, I'LL TALK! I SWEAR!" It says as it pleaded for its life
"Talk," Kaeya says as he kneels down to the mage's level
"The cave, where you'll find your cure to that monster! It's over there! Just open the stone circle plate, and jump down! An Abyss pyro mage was the one that caused it! It's all I know!"
"Good," Kaeya says as they walk away, but Albedo used his sword and pierced the mage into its heart, blood pouring out as the mage and the blood disappeared
"Let's go," Albedo says as both find the stone circle plate, both lifting it and moving it aside as they glided down, seeing it was dark, yet the only light they had were coming from crystals
"There's more waiting for us," Kaeya senses as Albedo and him took out their swords, fighting off hilichurls, samachurls, and whopperflowers as they were dashing through the tunnel
The end of the tunnel opened 3 different paths, and they looked at each other, not wanting to separate as they chose the one on the right, which had some sort of writing on the walls in purple, glowing
They heard the noises of Abyss Mages as they knew they were heading in the right direction
A samachurl used water as it rained on them, hurting them slowly and they ran away from the circle
It also caused some of the hilichurls wet, and Kaeya raised his hands, creating a belt of icicles floating around him
"Oh! So sorry!" He smiles as it protected him, and Albedo swung his arm, creating a wall of pointed rocks spiking upwards, impailing the enemies as they ran through
"Ugh! More tunnels!" Albedo complains, but the sound of some sort of lab was heard, along with the sound of a happy mage
"We're close," Kaeya says as both run inside, seeing the pyro Abyss Mage as it created a bubble of pyro
"My ice won't do much, but it'll work," Kaeya says as he swung his sword forward, shooting ice from the tip of his sword, only seeing it melted, but it still weakened the shield
Albedo uses his elevator flower, creating more crystals that allowed them to use elemental shields as they grabbed it
Bird like enemies appeared in 3 directions, shooting flames as they were high up with Albedo's flower
They both plunge and the shield breaks, after some time, and point the swords at the mage as it noticed both were Knights
"Favonius scum! You think you can stop me?!" It chuckles, but the ice Kaeya shot from his sword gave it a severe frostbite, making it shiver and couldn't move
"Give us the antidote! You turned Diluc into how he is!" Albedo said through gritted teeth as Kaeya told Albedo to cover his ears
"I think they remember him by another way," he says as Albedo covers his ears, staring at the mage with rage
"The Darknight Hero, you turned him into how he is! Where is the antidote!" Kaeya orders as the mage stays down, ice crawling slowly towards the arms as it didn't wanted to talk
"SPEAK!" Kaeya's eye widened with anger, as the mage gasped
"M..Master? F..from Khaenri'ah?" The mage bows as Kaeya was shocked, and motions for Albedo to uncover his ears
"How do you know?" Kaeya asks as the mage just stayed down, bowing to him as it pointed with a frozen finger
"Your eye..." it says, as Kaeya growls, "GIVE ME THE SOLUTION!"
The mage, terrified, nods and gives them the solution, which will now cure Diluc
Both ran away, as more enemies followed them, and they climbed out, closing the hidden cave as they gasped for air
"That was close," Albedo says as he smiles at Kaeya, who was still stunned the mage knew he was Khaenri'ahn, Albedo is also from there, but it seemed to only recognize Kaeya
"You alright?" Albedo reaches and caresses Kaeya's cheek as he nods, then seeing the bottle of purple liquid he held, glowing with white light as both heard shouts and fighting noises, along with bombs
They spotted a dragon flying away as Kaeya knew it was Stormterror, also know as Dvalin, flying with people on its back
"It seems something went wrong," Kaeya says, and both run towards the direction of the dragon, but we're stopped by Favonius Knights
"Master Kaeya, Chief Alchemist Albedo, you're both under arrest for helping a monster, along with those who escaped!"
Kaeya and Albedo touched back to back, preparing to fight their own Knights as they got into a fighting stance
"This will be interesting," Kaeya says in a suave tone, and both dash towards the Knights
