Albedo takes out a potion to heal Kaeya, but it seems the wounds Diluc gave him during the curse when the Abyss Mage used the poison on him damaged the Cavalry Captain greatly
Diluc: Albedo... will he be alright?
Albedo: Even with the potion, he's not responding...

Diluc stared in sadness, as he sighs, "Everyone, may i have some time alone?"
Everyone nods as they all leave. The Geo Archon pats his shoulder, "I'm sure the prophesy of you two from the Mage will be the answer to his cure, and your own."
He leaves, and Diluc uses his hands to gently scoop the tiny human, as he stands up, and walks off, slowly, looking down at his unconscious brother
Diluc sighs, and sits down at the edge of a beach, looking up, and speaks softly, and in a melancholy tone:
"Kaeya... I'm so sorry... For all these years of our guilt, our fights, our wanting to say something to each other, but never do. I was angry when you told me your origin, that you're not from Mondstadt, and after Father's death, and the fact you were late and not by his side after his death, also angered me. I wish I could go back in time, and reset and make us grow as brothers together. Apologies for my rage, and for your eye loss. If only you were awake for this..."
Kaeya coughs, as he gasps loudly for air. Diluc lifts his hands close to his face, as he smiles, seeing his brother waking, and happy he was alive
Diluc: Kaeya!
Kaeya: Di...luc? How... did we win?
Diluc: I no longer have the poison
Kaeya: Good...good...fuck...my body hurts
Diluc: Kaeya...I'm so sorry...the poison...
Kaeya: Oh? The Darknight Hero is in shambles?
Diluc: *sniffs* Enough with your tease...
Kaeya: Come here
Kaeya extends his arms, as his tiny hands touch Diluc's nose. The giant cries, as tears flow down, one accidentally splashing on Kaeya as he laughs and shakes his body
"My apologies," Diluc smiles, as he wiped his tears. He then kisses his brother, as Kaeya felt loved, from him
He looks at Diluc, and could see the resemblance of Crepus, their father. The Cavalry Captain smiles, as he whispers
