You pov

"Come on Ominis it's not a big deal" I laughed and dragged him towards my house. We had apparated to my family home and now we stood at the bottom of the hill the house sat on. I hadn't spent a lot of time here since starting Hogwarts. I usually stayed for winter break and spent the time with Ominis. Winter breaks for us we're usually spent in the undercroft reading or talking about whatever we were thinking about. Sebastian always went back to see Anne, so the winter time was always the time me and Ominis felt close to each other. Merlin all the times I had thought those winter breaks would be when me and him would finally confess our love for each other. Little did I know even last winter where me and him would be now.
"I'm just nervous. She doesn't know we are together and I don't know how I'm supposed to act while we are here." Ominis said as he still stood there at the fence that blocked off most of the yard. I rolled my eyes, even though he couldn't see me.
"It's alright. She has heard about you and Sebastian since we started Hogwarts." I said with a smile. I looked around the wooden area the house sat hidden in. There was a town about fifteen minutes away by walking, but for some reason my great great whatever they were grandparents had chosen to put their house here.
"Yes but she doesn't know that we are together. I have to meet her as your friend, and pretend to be such while we are here." He pushed a strand of hair away from my face, and held his hand to my cheek. "I'm nervous about lying the first time I meet your mother."
"It's alright Ominis," I paused and looked back towards the house. I knew I needed to explain to him more about what laid in store for us once we entered. I took a deep breath and laid my head against his shoulder. "You know how my father passed away in second year?"
"Yes," he stopped sounding nervous and now how a tender voice as he spoke to me. "You didn't want to talk about it much, but I know." His hand wrapped around the back of my neck and he pulled me close to him, trying to comfort me without having to talk too much about what happened.
"Since that happened my mother hasn't been herself. She is just..." I paused and tried to find the right words to explain to him what she was like. "Well I guess the best way I could describe it is that she acts the way I would if I lost you or Sebastian." Ominis let out a sigh and held me tighter.
"That's will never happen, but I can imagine what it is like." He responded and kissed the top of my head.
"So don't worry too much about this. She is only really there anymore a few times throughout the day. I think she is trying to get better and stop mourning him, and that's why she's invited us here." I backed up from him and took his hand in mine. "I'm also going to try and explain to her how we are all together. As best as I can explain." I squeezed his hand and then looked towards the house. "So don't worry about anything like that. Just be the perfect boyfriend that you are."
"I'm sure I'll wow her enough she might even over look how Sebastian is when he comes over." Ominis joked as I unlocked the gate and we started to walk up to the house. "I will however be having a word with her about how uneven this ground is. I feel like I wouldn't even be able to walk up it well if I could see the holes."
"Oh trust me it's hard" I laughed and side stepped one rather large rock in the ground. I looked over the yard I used to play in as a child and smiled softly at the memories. We made it up to the door and I knocked on it. I heard some shuffling inside and soon the door was slung open and my mother stood there infront of us.
"(Y/n)!" My mother yelled as she pulled me in for a hug. She held me tight, before pulling away and looking at me. "You look so grown up, how has it only been a couple months since I sent you off for your last year?" My mother paused as she realized I had someone standing next to me. She looked him over and then smiled. "Which one is this?" She asked as she leaned in and poked me a little. "I can't keep track of all the boys you talk about."
"Mother this is-"
"Ominis Gaunt." He said and gave my mother a smile, before squeezing my hand a little more, "I certainly hope I'm one of the many boys (y/n) has spoken of."
"Oh my, of course you are. Ominis... yes, yes I think you're one of the two she always gossiped about." My mother said, before stepping aside and shooing us in. She shut the door behind us and I took off my scarf and hung it next to the door. The house was large, and the architecture was ornate. But over the years living here I had watched it turn into a home and not just a house. My mother in my childhood had taken the time to make the place feel lived in. Especially after her and my father had moved into it after my grandparents passed away. Since my fathers passing, she hasn't changed a thing about it.
"So tell me more about all these boys she rants about" Ominis said as he turned to where my mother walked passed him. I guided him towards the living room and we all sat down there.
"Well, she used to come home every summer and complain for weeks about how much trouble that Sebastian boy was. I'll have to admit I'm only teasing when I say she talked about a lot of boys. I usually only heard about Ominis and Sebastian, so it's good to finally meet one of you." My mother sat down on the couch and looked us over. She spotted us holding hands and gave me a smile. "Especially since it seems I know now which one she fancied."
"Mother!" I said and looked at her, before shaking my head.
"You can't tell me I'm wrong, not when you're both sitting there holding hands." She said and pointed at it. I hid my face for a moment before cursing under my breath.
"We can talk about it later" I told her, before rubbing my eyes. "Sebastian is coming later this week"
"Unless he argues with his uncle before then" Ominis said and tried not to laugh. We both knew he'd be up sooner. He couldn't go a few hours without causing trouble.
"Oh" my mother paused and looked confused, but let it go. "Well it will be good to have so many visitors this time around." She paused and looked out the window for a second, and I stiffened up as I realized she was starting to slip into one of her moods.
"Mother I'm going to show Oninis to his room" I said and quickly pulled Ominis up with me. He got a look of confusion on his face, but seemed to understand a little better as my mother didn't answer and just kept staring outside. I sighed and pulled Ominis upstairs. I looked around for a second before noticing that she had partially attempted to make one of the spare rooms, but seemed to have forgotten. I sighed and closed the door to the room, before ultimately taking Ominis to mine. As we entered he perked up, and let go of my hand. He stepped towards a book shelf and felt along the shelves and books.
"This is your room isn't it?" He said and stopped as his foot hit the edge of my bed. He sat down on it and I walked over to him, before falling face first into the bed.
"Yes it is. Or at least when I'm here it is" I groaned into the mattress. "I'm sorry she has already started to drift off. I was hoping for a bit longer she'd stay more attentive."
"It's alright, I can understand" i he said and laid down next to me. His hand slid up my back until it was placed over my shoulder blades. "I think I'd be the same if I had to live without you."
"I promise I understand how she hurts without my father, it just hurts more knowing I lost him and part of her." I said and turned onto my side, so we were face to face. Ominis moved his hand to cup my check and he rubbed the thumb over my cheek bones and down to my mouth.
"Give her time, I imagine it isn't something that's easy to overcome." He whispered as he seemed to take great care in memorizing how my face felt. I closed my eyes and breathed I'm deeply.
"You smell like sweets, have I ever told you that?" I asked him as he pulled me closer to him.
"I don't believe it's ever came up casually in a conversation." He joked, causing me to snicker quietly. "I do need to ask, do you plan to sneak me into your room or will I ever be shown that other room?"
"Actually," I paused and opened my eyes up to look over his beautiful face. "I planned on having you stay in here with me, if you were okay with it."
"Wont she ask more questions?" He asked me as he moved his hand down over my neck and to my shoulder, lightly pushing my sweater to the side until his hand was lightly trailing over my shoulder.
"She won't notice." I assured him as my breath hitched in my throat. I felt him push the sweater to the side further, until my shoulder was completely exposed. His thumb rubbed over the slowly healing bite mark he had left on me.
"And what about Sebastian? Can your bed hold me and him or will one of us have to give up time with you?" He asked as he leaned in and placed a kiss over the mark.
"I'm sure it could, as long as neither of you mind us all sleeping in the same bed together." I hummed, a teasing smile coming up on my lips as I felt him start to slowly kiss across my collar bone.
"As long as he doesn't start cuddling me in the night" he whispered before I felt him open his mouth and swipe his tongue over my lower throat. I whined out a little and felt his hand slip down to hold my hip. "And as long as I get you to myself at least once."
"You want to leave him out now, hmm?" I sighed as he started to push the sweater up and expose my stomach.
"I might, simply because he told me I'm too rough with you." He placed a kiss on my shoulder again as he pushed my sweater over my chest. "And I want to show you how gentle I can be. I will warn you, it might be hard for me to contain myself."
"I have never said you were too rough with me, im not exactly fragile and you haven't exactly been too rough." I breathed out as he moved and placed a kiss to my exposed chest.
"Then maybe another time I should show you. I want to ruin you, and claim every inch of you as mine" he paused and rested his head againt my chest, "but im afriad of hurting you too often. I could end up breaking you."
"Maybe I want to be broken"
