Nora woke up to the sound of someone knocking on her door.

She walked to the door, opened it and saw a rose laying there.

She smiled, picked up the rose and walked into her dorm.

The rose read, "I love the way you laugh and how it can instantly lift my spirits. That is why I am inviting you to come and watch one of Matt Rife's comedy shoes with me tonight at 6pm. All my love, Luca"

I laughed at his thoughtfulness, on one of our earlier dates he joked that he must not take me to a comedy show.

Damn, this man is good.

I did not have any classes today, at least.

I decided to spend some time catching up with Lily, hearing more about her time with William and telling her about my time with Luca.

After spending hours talking Lily excused herself to take a nap.

Phone rings...

You: Hello?

Colin: Hey, sis! How are you doing?

You: Hey, Colin! I'm good, thanks for asking. How about you?

Colin: I'm doing great, actually. I just wanted to let you know that I'll be visiting you next week for a couple of days.

You: Really? That's awesome! I've missed you so much. It'll be great to catch up.

Colin: Yeah, I miss you too. I've been so busy with football lately, and I feel like I haven't seen you in ages.

You: I know, right? I can't wait to hear all about your games and how you're doing. And, hey, since we have a small break next week, your timing couldn't be more perfect.

Colin: That's great to hear! I was hoping I could stay with you for a few days. I need a break from all the training and games.

You: Of course, you can stay with me for as long as you want. And, hey, I was thinking that maybe we could go out and hang out with my friends too. They've been asking about you.

Colin: That sounds like fun! I'd love to meet your friends and have a good time. I'll bring some football gear along so we can play together too.

You: That's perfect! We can make a day out of it. I'm really excited about your visit, Colin.

Colin: Me too, sis. I can't wait to see you and catch up on everything. Thanks for letting me crash at your place.

You: Anytime, bro. You know I'm always here for you. Safe travels, and I'll see you soon.

Colin: Thanks, sis. Talk to you later. Love you.

You: Bye, Colin. Love you too.

Nora ended the call and started getting ready for her date with Luca.

She took a quick shower and applied light make-up and let her hair hang loose over her shoulders.

She chose a simple, yet elegant outfit. A black jumpsuit that fit her curves perfectly. She paired the jumpsuit with hills and a necklace that her mom had gotten her for her 18th birthday.

She quickly woke up Lily to ask if she looks okay, Lily told her that she looks gorgeous.

Nora thanked her and walked outside.

Luca stood outside the entrance of Nora's apartment building, anxiously waiting for her to appear. He had planned a special night for them and couldn't wait to see her in person. Finally, Nora emerged from the building, looking stunning in a black jumpsuit that hugged her curves perfectly. She was glowing and Luca couldn't help but let out a compliment, "You look absolutely gorgeous, Nora."

Nora blushed and smiled, "Thank you, Luca. You look pretty handsome yourself."

Luca took Nora's hand, leading her to his car parked nearby. As they drove to the show, they chatted about their day and shared stories. Luca was naturally charming, and Nora couldn't help but laugh at some of the jokes he made, including a few of Matt Rife's witty one-liners.

When they arrived at the venue, Luca took Nora's hand again, leading her to their table. It was positioned right in front of the stage, giving them the perfect view of the performance. They settled into their seats and watched in awe as the show began. Matt Rife was the host, and he kept the audience laughing with his jokes and hilarious anecdotes.

Luca leaned over and whispered in Nora's ear, "You are the most beautiful woman in this room."

Nora blushed again and smiled, feeling so lucky to be there with him.

After the show ended, Luca surprised Nora by taking her to McDonald's for a late-night snack. They drove through the drive-thru, ordered their food and Luca drove until they reached the nearest park. He pulled over and they got out of the car, finding a bench to sit on.

Luca then surprised Nora again by offering his football jersey to her. She accepted and put it on, feeling warm and cozy in the oversized shirt. They ate their food and talked more, enjoying each other's company under the stars.

After they finished their meal, Luca excused himself for a few seconds, and when he came back, he had a blanket in his hand. They lay on the bench together, wrapped up in the blanket, and gazed up at the twinkling stars above.

Luca turned to Nora and said, "This is the best night I've had in a long time."

Nora smiled and replied, "Me too. Thank you so much for everything, Luca."

They continued to lie there, taking in the beauty of the night sky and enjoying each other's company until it was time to head back home. It was a perfect night for both of them and a memory that they would cherish forever.
