Nora woke up early on Monday morning and got ready for her full day of classes. She went through her morning routine of brushing her teeth and eating breakfast, making sure to grab her backpack before heading out the door.
As she walked to her first class, she couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement for the day ahead.
When she entered the classroom, she made a beeline for her usual seat at the front of the room.
Nora smiled warmly at Luca as he took the seat next to her in class. She couldn't help but feel a flutter in her stomach as she remembered their conversation from two nights ago at Jasmine's.
"Hey, how are you?" he asked with a smile.
"I'm good, thanks. How about you?" she replied.
"I'm good too, thanks for asking," he said.
They both turned their attention to the professor who had just entered the classroom. Nora tried her best to focus on the lecture, but she couldn't help but feel distracted by Luca's presence next to her.
She stole a few glances at him, taking in the way his hair fell over his forehead and the way his eyes sparkled with intelligence and humor.
As the class progressed, they both took notes and occasionally whispered comments to each other about the lecture.
Nora found herself enjoying their small conversations and the easy way they seemed to talk to each other.
After the class ended, Luca turned to her and said, "Hey, do you want to grab some lunch together?"
Nora's heart skipped a beat at the invitation. She couldn't believe that someone like Luca was interested in spending time with her.
"Sure, that sounds great," she replied with a smile.
They walked to the campus café and ordered their food. As they waited for their order, Luca started a conversation about their shared classes and their professors. Nora found herself feeling more comfortable with him as they talked and laughed over their lunch.
After lunch Luca offered to walk her to her next class. On the way to her next class they joked and chatted.
As they stopped in front of her class Nora gave him a quick hug and waved at him. He waved back.
Nora felt a warmth in her heart as she watched Luca walk away. She couldn't believe how much he had changed since their first encounter.
She used to think he was just a typical jock who didn't care about anything other than football, but now she knew he was much more than that.
As she walked into her business ethics class, she couldn't help but feel distracted. She sat down at her desk and tried to focus on the lecture, but her mind kept drifting back to Luca.
She wondered if he felt the same way about her as she did about him.
Suddenly, she was brought back to reality as her professor called on her to answer a question. Nora quickly shook off her thoughts and focused on the class.
She didn't want to fall behind in her studies, especially since midterms were coming up soon.
After class, Nora headed to the library to study. She sat down at a desk and pulled out her textbooks.
