Shareen's Point Of View

I woke up wrapped in Patrick's arms, a smile spreading on my face as I felt his warmth surround me. I hadn't felt this good in so long, I had almost forgotten it was possible. I snuggled deeper into his chest and stretched up a bit to kiss his neck. I felt his arms tighten around me and my smile grew wider.

"You know, no one's allowed to wake me up before two." He said groggily.

I giggled. "I'm no one then."

"I guess you are." He yawned. "Do you have any cereal here?" He asked.

"It wouldn't be Shareen's house if there wasn't." I chuckled.

"Finally," He grinned. "I found a girl with cereal in her house."

Patrick and I brushed our teeth and went downstairs for breakfast. I showed Patrick my vast collection of cereals and you could practically see the drool falling from his mouth. I laughed my head off at that and served us a plate of Frosted Mini Wheats. He protested about not having any almond milk, but I just told him to bring his own next time.

"What do you do when you're not recording?" Patrick asked after chewing in his cereal.

"I go to the book store or to my best friend's house." I said between a mouthful of cereal.

Patrick rolled his eyes at me. "Which book store?" He asked.

"Barnes and Nobel." I swallowed. "That's the best book store in the US."

"Do you want to go?" He asked nervously. "I have the day off, we could buy some books. And I wouldn't mind meeting your best friend."

"You want to buy books with me and meet my best friend?" I asked a bit confused.

Chuck loved reading as much as I did, but we didn't always share the same enthusiasm for them or liked the same kind of books. He didn't like my best friend either, he always complained that they didn't get along because she never liked him (It wasn't totally a lie but still). There was also our super mixed up schedules; we could hardly ever find a point where we could spend some time together.

I decided not to dwell too much on that last part, considering that my new "boyfriend" was probably even more famous than Chuck or even me, which only made things worse.

"Yeah," Patrick said, interrupting my thoughts. "I mean, we still have a lot to get to know about each other. I could get to know you through your favorite things . . . if you want to, I mean."

I shrugged. "If you want to. I get kind of intense when I go book shopping, I don't know if you want to be around my intensity." I smiled.

Patrick laughed. "I think I already know what your intensity is like." He joked.

I rolled my eyes at him. "Whatever. I'll call Valery and tell her to meet us at the mall, we could watch a movie."

"A movie?" He whined. "But how will we exchange embarrassing Shareen stories?" He asked with a smirk.

My eyes widened and I pointed a finger in his face. "I forbid you to exchange embarrassing Shareen stories." I demanded. "She has 13 years of them and won't shut up until she's finished telling you them all."

Patrick doubled over laughing so hard, holding a hand to his stomach. I rolled my eyes at him and walked past him to my room. I felt his hand wrap around my wrist and pull me towards his chest. He wrapped his arms around my waist and placed his forehead to mine, forcing me to look at him in the eye.
