Matt walked side by side with Jasper and Quinn listening on as Quinn described what he missed over the last few weeks. He enjoyed hearing the normal from the two again.
"You're lucky I take notes and I'm the teacher's helper in English," Quinn stated, holding her books to her chest with one hand, her other wrapped around Jasper's.
"Well Mr. Seth likes you," Jasper stated, walking to her and Matt's speed. Matt chuckled."Mr. Seth?" Mat asked. Jasper nodded.
"Yup, He wants to stay on a level with the students so he goes by Mr. Seth, no one knows his last name," He explained, leading the three across the street. Matt hummed, furrowing his brows as he held onto Jasper's arm as they crossed. He had a weird feeling just from how they described this teacher.
They walked to the front of the school and Matt smiled. "Have a good first day back,' he said gently and squeezed Jasper's hand. "Come by the office after class to tell me about it," he stated. Jasper smiled a bit and nodded.
"Yeah I wanna get back to work," he joked and chuckled. Quinn snorted and giggled before elbowing Jasper.
"Come on working man, see you, Matt," Quinn smiled before dragging Jasper to the school doors. Matt chuckled softly, a small smile on his lips as he stayed there till he heard them walk inside. His expression changed before walking quickly away. He was gonna do his own research about this so-called teacher.

Quinn split off from Jasper from his locker and walked to the English classroom. It was early, the classroom empty when she slipped in. She closed the door behind her and spotted the small lamp on in the office, the rest of the classroom dark. "Mr. Seth?" she called gently, walking to the office and knocking against the door frame. The older man looked up from his papers, the light touching his rugged features as a smile grew.
"Ms. Carter, please come in," He said gently and stood up as she closed the door behind her. Quinn smiled softly as she went to sit down. He moved the chair away from her and cupped the back of her knees, pulling her softly towards him. She couldn't help but blush, her face growing warmer as he beckoned her to sit on the edge of his desk. "What's a sweet thing like you doing arriving at school early? Don't you wanna hang out with your friends?" he asked, his hand nonchalantly resting on her knee. Quinn chuckled, adjusting her skirt before brushing her hair back.
"I don't have many friends, and they usually have other friends they'd rather talk to," she stated. Seth smiled, looking up at her.
"Well you have me, you can always come and talk to me," he said gently. Quinn smiled a bit, nodding her head. She couldn't help but wonder what Jasper was doing. She shook away the thoughts of others and focused on herself, the moment at hand.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Jasper didn't go to English class. He didnt go to any class at all. He waited till Matt left and then he skipped. He walked past all the businesses and places of work, he even walked past his work and found himself at the cemetery. He could finally think, among the quiet and among the dead. He walked through the alleys of graves, the scent of day-old flowers and dug-up dirt filling his senses. He trailed down the rows till he stopped at a smaller grave, the one beside it towering over it. He knelt down, his knees digging into the soft dirt. Jasper didnt know how to start as he stared at his sisters grave.
Elizabeth Cole, Daughter, Sister, Friend, Gone too soon.
Jasper sniffled as he trailed his fingers over the engraved stone. Tears rolled down the teen's cheeks as he started speaking.
"I don't know how to start talking to you, it used to be so easy." he sighed shakily, his hand grabbing grass as he stared at the stone as if she could talk back to him. "I would start talking and you would cut me off and I would have to start all over again," he snorted, wiping his nose. "Now I don't know how to fully get through my sentences, I miss you." he whispered. "You, y-you shouldnt have been there, it should have been me," he admitted, the world going quiet as his head only filled with his voice. "I'm gonna do something about it, I know its stupid and I'll probably end up dead but hey at least I'll be with you right? First I'm gonna visit dad, see if I can see him and figure out when he's gonna get out. Maybe he already is. Then, then I'm gonna find mom, figure out what the hell she wants.... Then, t-then I'm gonna deal with Jake, I didnt tell you what happened but it was bad, you know it was bad," he muttered. He exhaled, tears falling onto the ground. "When I'm done, I don't know if Caroline and Quinn will still want me, if... if Matt will, if he'll still want me," he whispered. He wiped his face, brushing the tears off his cheeks and onto the fabric of his pants. "I hope you understand.." he stood up and planted a kiss atop the tombstone before he turned away.
Jasper walked away from his sisters grave before he slowed to a stop, looking over at a boy his age, his head hung low as he stood infront of a grave. He set down two sets of flowers and wiped his nose. Jasper felt as if he was intruding. He hesitantly walked over and gulped.
"I'm sorry for your loss," he muttered loud enough to be heard. The brunette beside him looked up from the ground and looked at him, his curls peaking out from the beanie over his head."Oh uh thanks.." He stated, cracking a small smile. "Sorry for yours?" half a question, half a statement. Jasper nodded his head, shifting his backpack on his shoulder.
"Thanks, if you don't mind me asking, how long?" Jasper asked, furrowing his brows. The boy shifted, turning back to the graves.
"My uncle, a few years" He stated. Jasper nodded, looking over at the graves. "You?" he asked, looking over at Jasper. Jasper sighed and gulped.
"A few weeks, feels like months ago but uh a few weeks," he stated, looking over the graves names
Benjenin Parker, Brother, Husband, Uncle, Friend.
"What's your name? Since we're in mourning together," Jasper asked, not making eye contact. He shouldnt be doing his, getting involved in someone else's life-
"Peter. Parker," He introduced himself, turning and holding his hand out. "You?" he asked. Jasper shifted again and looked at him then his hand,
"Jasper, Cole," Peter smiled and shook his hand.
"Nice to meet you Jasper,"
