Adam's POV:

Walking leisurely towards our room, I was thinking on my action yesterday. I think I over react about Louie's type of living.

"Yes, you did!" My wolf said.

"Can you blame me about worrying about our mate? And besides, when she said about her work. You're reaction is worst than mine." I said to him.

"Of course, I don't want our mate to be in trouble anymore." He said.

I rolled my eyes. "Exactly!" I said. He didn't say anything after that.

When I reached our bedroom door, I opened it slowly thinking that Louie is still sleeping. But when I came in, I saw that our bed is empty.

"Louie, baby?" I called her.

I walked towards the bathroom and check if she's in there. But, nothing. Even in the closet.

"Louie?" I called her again and waited for her to answer. But, nothing.

"She's gone! She left us." My wolf said to me.

"Of course she's not. Maybe she's already downstairs." I said calmly. Sometimes, this silly dog is over reacting.

"You're the one who's over reacting. And because of that, she left." He said again. I rolled my eyes.

"Oh, shut up! How can you think of that? She's not living us." I said irritated and a bit worry at the same time. He didn't say anything after that. I walked out of the room and went downstairs.

"Louie?" I called her name again. I go to the pillow room, hoping that she's in there. But, nothing.

"What's the matter, bro? Why I can hear your annoying voice all over the house?" Lucas said suddenly appeared behind me. I growled.

"Have you seen Louie?" I asked him.

"I'm sorry, bro. But, I haven't seen her." He said with furrowed eyebrows. Then, Amanda, Vince and Tom showed up.

"Where's the fire?" Tom said mockingly. The smirk on his face vanished when he saw my serious expression.

"Louie is missing." I said.

"W-what? When? How?" Amanda asked worriedly.

"Maybe, she's just wandering around, dude." Vince said.

"What's going on here?" I heard my father's voice. All of us looked to his direction.

"I can't see Louie." I said. " Have you seen her?" I asked them

"No, son. I woke up early, but I haven't seen her around." My mother said. "Likewise." My dad added.

"Everyone! Have you seen your Luna?" I asked through mind link.

"No, Alpha." They all said. I closed my eyes and rubbed my face in frustration. Where could she be? I asked myself.

"Mate, gone! Mate, gone!" My wolf said sadly.

"Calm down, son. Maybe she's just taking a walk outside." My mom said to me.

I looked at them one by one. Worries are written all over their faces. "I'm going out. I'm going to look for her." I said.
