---------------

I fell on my knees, straight to the ground. That shot hit the left side of my back. I closed my eyes, laying there facing the ground. I think the bullet sink into my flesh deeply. I winced to the pain.

"Check her if she's still alive. If she is, kill her." I heard one of them said.

I remained on my spot not making any movements. I held my breath and pretended to be dead. I need to do this, if not they will kill me for sure.

A hard kick landed on my side. I restrained myself not to make any sounds, I exhaled then hold my breath again.

"Boss, I think she's dead." The other one said.

"You think?" The boss said. "Y-yes boss." The other man said again.

"Shoot her you idiot! We need to be sure."

BANG!

I suddenly woke up in my sleep. Holding my chest while breathing harshly. Another bad dream. I roamed my eyes around, I'm still in Adam's bedroom, on his bed.

I looked at Adam, his still sleeping peacefully. You can see the happiness written on his face, because he's slightly smiling. I smiled at his appearance. I slowly brought my hand to his cheek and touched it. "Good morning handsome." I said to him. He groaned.

I bend my head to kiss his forehead. "Louie?" He whispered.

"Yes, I'm here." I answered as if he can hear me. Then he returned to his sleep.

I glanced at the alarm clock on the beside table. It is now five in the morning. I groaned. Why this stupid dreams always waking me up in this too early.

I get off from the bed, walked towards the bathroom then walked pass through the door. I stand in front of the mirror, then take a look of myself. I'm glad that I can still see myself through the mirror.

I came out of the bathroom and walked towards the door and went out. I walked down the hallway, down the stairs and walked straight to the front door.

Once I'm outside the house, I inhaled the fresh air while stretching my arms. "Good morning everyone!" I said shouting a bit.

I started to walked towards the woods and went for a walk. Since I've got here, I did nothing but to roam around the woods. What else to do? Besides, the scene is breathtaking. There's so many different flowers around, different wild animals. I wonder what do they feel that they are surrounded by werewolves. I shrugged. Maybe they're used to it already.

I go to my favorite spot, under the big tree where Adam and I spent some time together. I don't feel tired or get bored to look in this vast wilderness. It calms me, it makes me peaceful.

I leaned my back and closed my eyes. I think about my dreams. What really happened? Who are they? Why did they do that? Why they wanted me to die?

I opened my eyes and take a deep breath, then get up from the ground. I brushed off the imaginary dirt on my pants, then started to walked towards the house.

When I reached the house, I went straight to the kitchen to see if they're already up and having breakfast. But, I only find a few women who's preparing breakfast and some men who's already eating.

I sat on a vacant sit far away from them. I looked at them silently, one by one. I think the women is around their thirties, while the men is in their thirties and twenties while the other is still teenagers. They're all good looking and they're all in good shapes. I guess it is because of their werewolf genes. Lucky them.
