After a lot of research and begging I have succeeded in going outside. Arrghh those people back home is annoying AF. Pretending is hard man. My father almost threw a fit. It's been two days of begging. My stomach got used to the taste of arsenic.
I rubbed my head as I was in the carriage.
The condition was that I had to go with my brother. I stared at my brother as he stared out the window.
Basic second male lead vibes.
toma- i mean Lucius. The second male lead of the novel. He was the best male leads. Both I and amy rooted for him. Unfortunately all those female leads love male leads with trauma.
He always treated her right and changed his mind about the empire for her. I didnt like him because personally he lacked flavour. That mhhmmm he gives daddy vibes flavour you know.
"What are you doing in the boonies anyways?"
My brother brought up. He was pretty handsome. As I thought second leads are handsome.
"I am meeting up with a friend."
"But you haven't left the mansion in 10 years."
I stared at my brother.
"Well I am meeting a long time friend."
"Its been ten years how are you sure she is still here."
I frowned could he stop asking questions. I hadn't thought of it. What if Amy didn't come here. Why was I clinging on hope. If she was here this place it would be fun.
"I just guess."
I smiled.
My brother stared at me. He then turned to the side.
"If you don't find her here I would make a search to find her in the empire."
He then turned his head.
I laughed quietly. A brother filled with love. I wish Amy was here. She would love him.
...
We dropped off at the rumen district. It was the place where the crown prince first saw The heroine. It was worse than I imagined.
A bland place filled with rats and crows. It smelled a lot. I really wish she was here. hah it would be a good laugh.
Me standing there was like seeing gold in dirt. Ahh I wanted amy to be here so bad so I can laugh at her.
"Are you sure she is here."
Lucius said angrily. It seemed he hated the place. I didnt ask him to come.
"If you are angry leave."
"And risk you dying no way."
I shook my head as kept walking I tried. We had searched every coner of the place but the heroine was not there.
My heart dropped. I was foolish to think she was here. Even the heroine was not here. Maybe it was the wrong story. Maybe there was another empire.
"Sis, are you alright?"
Was I alright? no i wasnt.
Amy was like a sister to me.
......
A girl was seen seating at the left of a class. She had held a book older than her age.
"Lucy."
Her kindergarten teacher called out to her. She was more mature for her age. A rich girl. She liked no one and was always alone.
"Your bultler is here."
Lucy stood up and left the class. She hated people. Everyone had wanted her money. They only approached her for money.
"Hey did you bring the cash today."
Everyday she was bullied by kids in her class for money. Its not like she couldn't fight back but if she did her family would have said something.
"No I don't."
They had taken her to a coner to beat her up. Basic and cliche. She always hated it. Her cliché lifestyle, her cliché bullying. Everything was cliché.
"Leave her alone."
The cliché helping her by calling a teacher.
Just then a girl had jumped on the bully's head.
Lucy looked at the girl who fell from above. but how? The place was high. It was the quiet girl in her class.
She had seen her around before. She did not think she was that type of girl.
"Hi I am amy. I don't have money and you do. Lets be friends."
She was straight to the point. It was wired.
"You want to be my friend for money."
"Yes what else is there. I don't like your personality but I can manage that."
Lucy laughed.
"What personality do i have. I let my self get bullied everyday."
"Then after you punch the walls, leave a dent and make the cursest of words unknown to man and God that i wonder why people bully you and if you are my age."
Lucy was stunned.
"You watch me?"
"Nope you are just there whenever i am reading. I find you entertaining."
"Lets run away."
Amy nodded as they laughed.
The next day and the day after they had been together. Amy was cliché. The most cliché girl she ever met. But as cliché as she was she was unpredictable.
...
Tears dropped from her eyes.
"Amy .."
If her friend wasn't here what was the point of everything.
"Lets go home its late."
her brother kept a cape on her.
The rain started pouring.
"Lucinda."
Lucy ran from her brothers grip. If her best friend wasn't here what was the point of the reincarnation.
"Lucinda!"
She kept running until she was out of her brothers gaze. She noticed a bar in the coner and ran into it.
Looking at how almost empty it was she went to the front desk.
It was pouring so her clothes were wet.
'Damn I hate dresses.'
She saw a girl that had blonde hair. She looked about her size so she decided to ask for some clothes, since it was hard to move in what she was wearing.
"Hey do you have an extra cloth to spare."
She looked at the bar tender who had the exact size as her.
As the bar tender turned her face lit up. A girl with beautiful blond hair and golden yellow eyes. The saintess of the story. Amelia.
"Amy?"
Lucinda's tears came to her eyes.
Amy's face went bright as she looked at her. she didnt expect to here her name but the only person who knew her name was.
"Lucy?"
"Amy."
"Lucy."
"Amy."
"Lucy."
Lucy flew over the desk as she jumped on amy. Due to amy's body she fell.
