Chapter 8

"When are you going to leave this dump."

It had been two hours since they had run away.

"Not so sure. I mean the prince hasn't come to find me yet."

"Sigh, We won't get anywhere if you live here. I mean the boonies is really far and I don't think going round town in a carriage would be safe for you."

Yeah. If this was a cliché plot won't she be an easy target for bullying. I mean a rich person is coming to see lucy. If amy left now lucy would attract people. Kidnappings could be a problem.

Lucy stared at amy who was quietly writing something. She hadnt thought about it thouroughly. 

'I guess her features fit her.'

Amy was the calm and quiet one. She never foughts and hated attention. She was like a side character.

'But she is my main character.'

Lucy smiled. 

"And the saintess doest have magic she has divine powers so she cant fight."

They sighed

"I wonder how we are going to be together from now on."

Amy laughed as she stood up. She moved closer to lucy and  her face. Lucy stared up to see a scary expression of Amy's. one she hadnt seen in a long time.

"Lucy, I would be right by your side."

Amy was a calm and collected girl, rarely getting into trouble, rarely gets angry and always apologizing. But that's a façade she puts on. In reality she was really scary. It was how unpredictable she was.

"What do you mean?"

"Lucy,"

Someone banged on the door.

"Fuck he found me to fast."

Lucy shivered as she hid behind her best friend.

They are crazy. 

'How did he find me so fast.'

"Sorry, I don't know who your looking for but she is not here."

Lucy stared at amy as they laughed.

"That's funny because I can see you through this large hole.

They both screamed. They forgot. Amy opened the door as lucius found his way to his sister.

"Lucinda, I was worried what happened."

Her brother hugged her. It was hard for her, she was not used to this brotherly love.

"Leave. Me . a. lone."

Lucy hit lusius head with a loud bang.

"Arrghh."

Amy laughed as she rolled on the floor. It was basic lucy

"I have been saying don't hug me."

Amy continued to laugh. 

Lucy adjusted the clothes she was wearing and massaged her hands. Her brother's head was quite hard. 

"I found my friend I have been talking about. "

Lucinda pointed to amy. 

Amy bent down and courtesyed.

"Good day, my name is amelia ."

She then looked up.

In lucius's eyes.

A girl with beautiful blonde hair even though she was in the boonies her hair stood out to much. Her golden eyes sparkled in the sun as every word that came from her lips sounded reserved and sweet. His heart began to beat fast.

"Oh hi, my name is Lusius."

"Ahh, thank you for bringing my friend to me your grace. I am humbled."

Lucy couldn't even begin to imagine why her friends speech changed.

'I mean she was the best in English.'

"Wow, If only my sister spoke like you."

Lucy stared at her best friend who had on a grinning smile.

'So that's why you changed, bitch.'

"I am sorry about her she is a lot of work isn't she."

"Amy I would kill you."

Amy continued laughing.

Lucius stared at both the girls. They looked like they had a very good friendship but something deep down was telling him that this duo was about to shake the empire. He glanced at them for a while and saw evil spirits. Shocked he cleaned his eyes and they were gone.

"Why is a girl like you living here miss amelia."

He was not sure why but a girl like her with those features living in a rough house was unlikely. Not only that but golden eyes were a sign of divinity.

"I am not sure why, I lost my memory a day ago.

Lucius looked round. It would make sense. Her house was only hanging by a door. 

"Its surprising you haven't gotten kidnapped miss."

One of the knight stated.

Lucy bursted out laughing. It wasnt funny to amy as she felt eyes on her. The reason she wasnt kidnapped was probably due to the amount of animals that gathered her.

"Dad is waiting at home we have to go now."

"I want to stay with amy, ". lucy put her hand on her friend.

"Can you guys stay a little more. I am not sure when next I would see her again?"

Amy pleaded.

Lucius blushed and rubbed the back of his head.

"Okay."

Amy smiled as she took lucy's hand.

"We would be right back."

Lucius watched as the two ladies left his line of sight. He had never seen a woman so beautiful.

"Her manner of speech is extremely eloquent could she be of royal decent."

Lucius shoke his head.

"Contact Elliot and tell him to come to this place. We would be staying here for a while, Also get the ladies food to eat."

"Yes sir."

Amy squealed like a dog.

"Is that Lucius? As in the handsome male lead from that book."

Lucy squealed along.

"He is so beautiful."

"That chilsed chin."

"Those blood red eyes."

"That pale skin and beautiful lips."

They stared at each other and laughed.

"Ahh I almost fan girled on him. So close."

Lucy shook her head.

"Your better than me. I kissed his father on his head. I wanted to slobber him."

"You mean the duke of the north."

Lucy nodded.

Amy frowned.

"Lucky girl. The only kissing I have done is ass kissing."

Lucy laughed.

"Did you see the other boys. I thought side characters were ugly."

Amy had to agree.

"But nothing can top Lucius. "

They both laughed.

"Girl its like a whole feast for us."

Amy laughed.

"We only live till we see thirty four. Lets live a worth while life."

They both squealed again.
