(I've been seeing a lot of tcest shippers interact with my stories.... Please don't. Anyone who interacts I check y'alls accounts, often people write more Jonatello or save good stories 😀🫶)
Donatello's shell smacked against the wall as he hid in the shadows, eyes white and with his Bō staff in hand. His free hand covered Casey's mouth, while also pushing him against the wall beside him. Donnie looked over to the other end of the hallway, seeing Leo step out and put his weapon back.
"It's safe now, guys. Who has Casey and April?" Leo said, smiling as he kicked a broken Kraang bot, lying on the floor of a lab alongside many other broken Kraang bots.
"I'm with Jones, who's with April?" Donatello said, stepping out of the shadows. Casey took a step forward, with a smug grin on his face.
"I do," Raph answered, stepping out beside Leo.
Donatello and Casey both walked over to join the group, and soon both Leatherhead and Mikey came along.
"Find anything?" Donnie asked, everyone shook their heads no. "Figures."
"The Kraang haven't been around for months, no sight of them. And now we find this lab with broken Kraang bots, could these dead ends get ANY more obnoxious?!" Leo yelled, taking hold of a table and flipping it over with a crash as the glass viles shattered.
"Woah, woah! Leo, you need to calm down! I'm sure it's not that big of a deal, you're being paranoid. Take a seat, breath." Raph grabbed Leo's shoulders and brought over a chair, Leo nodded and sat down, resting his head on his palm.
"I just don't understand. They're all over us and then suddenly gone. It just doesn't make sense."
"Maybe the Mutanimals have been dealing with them?" Donnie suggested, looking around.
(This story takes a little after their first encounter with Rennet, in season 3, but not accurate to what happens next in the show. Like because of my hate for Splinter, he's dead in this story<3)"We haven't seen any of them in a while, except for Leather." Mike said, rubbing Leatherheads head with a frown. "They couldn't have just abandoned him, could they have??"
"And I thought Slash changed.." Leo mumbled, crossing his arms as he stared miserably at the floor.
"I doubt Slash and his team would just up and leave with word, especially when leaving the strength of their group behind." Don chimed in, "I get Slash is pretty big himself, and strong, like.. crazy strong, but he wouldn't abandon his own team like this then leave and only show up for battle to disappear again."
"But old Slash would, wouldn't he?" Leo stood up, grabbing his sword and tightening the grip.
"No, old Slash didn't know the difference between right and wrong and when right goes wrong. This is different. This is disappearance we're talking about." Raph pushed Leo back in the chair and took a few steps back.
"Well he disappeared after that as well. He disappears a lot, who's to say he didn't this time?" -Leo
"Maybe DNA samples, if I can get fingerprints, something, I can take it back to my lab and try to test them." -Donnie
"How often do Kraang use and bring teleportation devices with them to abandoned labs with a high security easy for them to hack??" Casey asked looking over at everyone else as he backed away from a different doorway nobody noticed before.
