Story Unfolds :
Padmavati batted her eyelashes quite nervously. She failed to comprehend what had she done to make Uruvi cry in this way. She silently asked Bhanu about it who also signalled her to talk about everything in later. Padmavati, being a sharply intelligent girl herself, understood something was wrong. She did not press the matter hard. To leave the matter aside seemed more useful for her at this point. She with love put her own right palm over her youngest sister Uruvi's head and ran it through her hair. She let her cry. As if she had sensed something was most definitely amiss.
At this time another very sweet tone rang in the ears of sobbing Uruvi.
"I love to meet you in person. Will you give me a fair chance too?!!"
Another pretty young girl with bright smile came forward and uttered this to both Padmavati and Uruvi. She was none but Supriya, the unnamed wife of Karna. His second one. Bhanu's dearest friend.
Devi Supriya
[Second wife of Karna]Padmavati with love stretched her own left arm to her "Come Su (Nick name of Supriya given by her)."
With the brightest smile, that could light up the entire atmosphere in a second, Supriya hugged Padmavati too. Then put her own right hand on the head of Uruvi (as she was now standing at her left) who was still crying fanatically. She uttered this in her sweet voice -
"Hush. Don't cry so hard. I promise I will never torture you like I always do to Jiji."
Padmavati laughed hard. Bhanu and Charu came forward and hugged them too.
"We also need our share of Love. You can't deny us." They teased Padmavati a great deal.
"Okay. Okay. One by one. Girls. Behave yourself." Padmavati scolded them all. She sounded like a caring sister to all of these four girls at once. In reality, she had an unique quality to make any stranger her near and dear ones in a second. That was the reason why she was so much loved by her family and her husband Karna.
"Now will you please let me catch a breath?!!" Padmavati put a hand on her chest and made a distressed face.
All the three girls around her, Bhanu, Charu and Su, giggled merrily. Even Uruvi got impressed by her. She had wiped her tears gently and looked at her elder sister's face with love. She felt as if she was with her own sister.
"Now you three girls just stand aside. I am going to welcome my youngest sister Uru (she gave Uruvi this Nick name) wholeheartedly. Okay?!! Do you have any objections?!!" Padma asked to all. She sounded like a strict school teacher.
In total silence Bhanu, Charu and Su nodded their heads dissmisively. They had no objections at all. They all with their whole heart wanted to welcome Uruvi.
