Story Unfolds :

"Mujhe mere putro la do. Banasen, Chitrasen aur Satyasen bapas la do. Agar nahin kar sakte to is dukhiyari maa ki pukar sunlo. Mere baki putro ki raksha karlo. Ak pita ho ap. Wo apki batein abasyo sunenge."

(I want my all sons back. Banasen, Chitrasen and Satyasen. And if you can't do that then save my remaining sons. Tell them not to fight in this kind of devastating war. You are their own father. They will listen to you.)

Uruvi lifted her Pallu or end of the yellow Saree and stretched her hands holding them in front of her husband Karna. Her eyes were vacant and totally lifeless. She was moaning for the deaths of her three young sons.

"Mere paap ke liye mujhe maar do parantu mere Putro ke raksha karo

"Mere paap ke liye mujhe maar do parantu mere Putro ke raksha karo. (I am the faulty one. Kill me for my own blunder but save this young boys.)"

She clutched his legs while asking this in broken voice.

Karna looked at her bewilderedly. He asked her slowly -

"Kyon se paap ke baat kar rahen ho ap?!! Apne kya kiya?!!" (You are now talking about which guilt?!! What had he done?!!)

"Maine apko avishap diyithi ki apki sabse priyo bastu apse chin jayegi. Mujhe ye pata nahin tha ki ak pitah ki sabse priyo byakti uske putra hote hain. Maine ak Pitah se uski Putra chin liya. Main papin hoon. Mujhe danda do. Abhi. (I cursed you that the most beloved person of your life will be snatched away from you. I forgot that for a father the most dear person is his children. I snatched away your sons from you. I am a faulty person. Give me punishment. Now.)" She begged him practically. Like a beggar.

He put his hand on her head lovingly while telling this -

"Ak Mata jo apne putra ke liye taras rahi hain usse main toh kya Bhagwan bhi koi sajah de nahin sakti. Apko apni danda mil chuka hain." (What can I punish you?!! A mother who is lamenting on the death of her sons can't be punished by even God. You already got your punishment.)

He felt sorry for her

He felt sorry for her. She was not even their own mother but she was all in repent since their death. Perhaps his own mother was just like her?!! But he did not know that he had to face her on the same day. He had to see two faces of a mother. One loving and another scheming. One dying and the other planning for one's first born son's death.
