Panadavas arrived at the Anga state together. Padmavati herself rushed to welcome them in person. Draupadi and her sister Subhadra were accompanying them. Vijaya and Karunamati (wives of Nakul and Sahadev) were coming with their own brothers directly from their respective states, Madra and Chedi.
"Welcome to you." Padmavati readily welcomed the Pandavas with heart. By her invitation everybody seemed too moved. Including Draupadi and Arjuna. Her charismatic personality gained everyone's respect.

For this reason even his wife Draupadi could not be able at all to understand him at times. Perhaps she failed to realize and comprehend him totally. But as I said earlier this was not their own love story. It was Karna and Uruvi's.
