In Kailash, her days were spending very happily. From Ganesha she had learnt Dharm Shashtra or religion and from Dev Senapati Kartikeya she was learning warfare techniques. Being a very eager minded girl and also avid reader it was not a bit difficult for her to learn them. But at the night she was seen looking at the sky lovingly. She still recalled her nine sons. Their smiles. Their gestures. Their trial to protect her honour. Their sacrifice of young life for the sake of their father. Karna.
"Karna!!" This one name still fluttered her heart. She was desperately now looking for him. But in complete secrecy. She did not want anyone to know about her search. But this fool Shankar Putri did not know that in reality noting was secret to her own parents. They knew everything.
One day she was trying to make a family portrait of her own family and her brother Ganu (nickname of dear Ganesha) was trying to disturb her. Her another brother Kartikeya had gone to the Indra Sabha. He invited her too. But she hated to go there. She hated Indra Dev for his treachery with Karna. She became irritated and threw her "Tuli" (paintbrush) to Ganesha by telling this -
"Mujhe tang mat Karo, Ganu. (Don't ever disturb me, Ganu.)"
Ganesha pulled out her hair in both palms and ran away smilingly. She followed him for a while then soon stopped dead on her track. She had remembered her happy times with Arjuna. Her eyes got instantly blurred in tears. How she loathed this man at this very moment!!!
Ganesha pulled out his tongue to her to mock while saying it aloud -
"Main apne jijashree ki badh nahin karne wala. Samjhi?!! (Don't ever compare me with Arjuna. I am not going to kill my brother-in-law. Now understand?!!)"
She snorted aloud in anger. It was not fair!! In Kailash none could keep any secret!!
"Main tere badh kar dungi. Tuh rukh ja pehle. (I will kill you. You stop at once. At first.)" By screaming this aloud in rage she followed him.
But to her dismay it was not a bit easy to catch him. Even in his curvy shape he ran faster than anyone else.
All of a sudden he dropped a kiss to her to irritate her more. She actually did agitate a little bit. She lifted her fists to him to smack him. He with a big grin on his face sat beside his mother.
