"We love you, Choti Ma." 7 boys were cheering aloud in merriment. They loved to hear stories from Uruvi. She had ample stocks of stories. Their own mother Supriya got so busy with the newborn baby boy and taking care of him and feeding him that they were missing her a lot.
But they needed some motherly love too. They too were very young at age. Among them Chitrasen, Satyasen and Banasen were elder. Chitrasen was of 10 while both Satyasen and Banasen were 9. Shtrunjay and Dpitatva were of 8. Sushen was of 6. Prasen was most younger among them. He was just a mere toddler of 3. All of them loved to gather around Uruvi. Mostly Sushen and Prasen. Sushen loved to chatter nonstop with her while Prasen loved to sit on her laps and to hug her all the times.
Padmavati had ample of works to do. Supervising from cooking to border protection. Advising her husband to taking care of ill and needy ones. So these boys were now left at her young sister's custody. They were now of Uruvi's responsibilities. And she truly dotted upon them. Mostly Sushen and Prasen.
(Young) Sushen
Sushen was the most talkative type of boy. He had plethora of queries about almost everything. Why this earth was spinning around the Sun, why the Sun had to rise at the east instead of at the west, Why they had to meditate to Sun God and worship him his own grandfather or Pitamah ect. God!! This boy did not know where to stop!! Uruvi felt mad answering his queries. He was never stay quite. Sometimes she thought of closing his lips with her own palms. Alas within merely 10 years he should be silent forever. He had to die prematurely fighting aside his father Karna. At the great battle of Mahabharata.
But she loved Prasen and his nonstop mischievous acts most. Sushen's non-stop banter was nothing compared to his toddler brother, Prasen. He was a little bundle of joy to everyone who was around him.
(Toddler) Prasen
He was always running around and keeping her in his small toes. He loved to play hide and seek with his Choti Maa. He always hid himself at several unusual places. He once hid inside her trunk. She had to fetch him out of their with great difficulty. He loved to toy with her motherly feelings too. He sometimes played the cry baby card and sometimes the jovial one. This unusualness of behavior was loved by all. Even by Uruvi.
