Christina's POV

It'd been almost a week since the Italian Grand Prix. Christina was currently in LA filming for her movie. She was amazed by the production. Everyone seemed to put the same amount of work and dedication to this project. They wanted to complete and they were working very hard for it.

Filming was done. Now the editors would take the content and go through it. They'd look at the good scenes and figure out which ones should be remade. Then they'd edited and the movie would be ready to drop around autumn.

Ending this movie was such a huge relief for her since it looked like she had another project to put effort to.

The BBC asked her to return to Great Britain for some time in order to play her role once again in the last season of Peaky Blinders. After Helen's death they had to remake the whole season since the elder woman didn't get to film all the scenes she was planned to. So the plot changed and Christina was needed again.

At first BBC had announced that the new season would drop around April. Obviously that didn't happen so they pushed the premiere back for a couple months. This July was their last chance. They had to release it then.

So she was needed to work with them for the next month or little more. She couldn't give up the role since she was already part of the first half of the season, and there wasn't any possible ending to her character that didn't need any story development first.

She had to go.

But how would she manage to travel with F1 while filming?

There just wasn't any time.

But time wasn't her only concern. The thought of a certain Monegasque Formula 1 driver circled her mind. Things were getting better between them. Christina had decided to give it a chance since it looked like she couldn't avoid it.

Since the day she left Italy, she couldn't forget the conversation they had before she boarded on the plane. Charles just wouldn't leave her mind. He and his words, she just couldn't forget.

"Thank you for driving me." Christina smiled at him as he walked with her through the airport towards the check. Her suitcase in his hands as he helped her.

"I wouldn't miss it," Charles admitted smiling down at her as she turned to look at him. The two came to a halt. Charles couldn't walk any father in the airport unless he wanted to catch a flight as well.

So it was time to say their goodbyes.

"I guess this is where we say goodbye," Christina sighed, her face expression changing, her smile disappearing. She couldn't bring herself to say it out loud, but she knew she'd miss him.

The 3 days they spent in Imola were amazing and reminded her how much she enjoyed his company. She was reminded of his ability to take her mind off of anything negative that occupied her little head.

"Don't be sad, ma cherie. We'll see each other in two weeks. It might sound like two much but you'll see they'll pass so fast since your so busy. You won't even think of me" Charles told her, giving her a weak smile as he took her cheeks into his hands.

Stupid move really because, even though it was 3am Sunday going to Monday and there weren't many people in the airport which was the main reason Christina prepared the jet at that time, there were still eyes on them.

But he didn't care.

Christina couldn't help but return the smile. But, according to her, he was so oblivious to the situation, her situation. There was no way she wouldn't think about him. She was unable to push him out of her thoughts since they met again in Bahrain.
