Sunday and another race week has come to an end. The Italian Grand Prix had just been finished and Christina waiting for the top three drivers to come her way for the post race interviews.

"Max, how do you feel about this race?" she asked the Dutch driver who ended the race in p3.

"It was a tiring race but a nice one none the less. I'm happy I could fight with the Ferraris. I had missed them challenging me" Max replied before he walked away and Carlos took his place.

"Carlos, a ferrari one two for your team at their home race. What are your feelings?"

"I'm happy that we finally were able to challenge the red bull and with such a good result. Monza is a special place for Ferrari and therefore for us and the tifosi play their part in this." Carlos said.

Charles who had won the race made his way towards her for the interview.

"Congratulations for your second win here in Monza." Christina gave him a warm smile. "Thank you"

"It's a dream coming true winning here while having the tifosi supporting me and Carlos. I'm happy that we finished the job since I got pole position and Carlos started on p2. And we were finally able to give our fans what they wanted" Charles explained, giving his answer in Italian and making the tifosi go crazy.

"Are you ready for tonight's celebrations?" Christina asked him, referring to the annual event Ferrari threw in Monza.

"Of course I am" the Ferrari driver smirked at her.

"Are you going to honor my win by wearing that red dress with the V neck?" Charles asked as he showed the cut of the dress he was talking about on his chest.

Christina's eyes widened as her cheeks went red. "Okay, I think we're good" Christina said at the camera man, a smile of embarrassment on her lips.

The podium celebrations were crazy. The tifosi really made the place special with their presence. Each one of them were wearing red and they were holding huge Ferrari flags waving them around. The used red smoke which had created a huge red fog around the podium.

It was perfect.

Christina stared at Charles as he stood at the P1 pedestal. A huge smile on his face, making his cute dimples show. His eyes had as spark in them that Christina hadn't seen before.

He was so happy to finally win here with his team. He was so happy that he didn't let his fans down for one more year. And even though he had done it before back in 2019, this time was more special.

Because after all the messed up races he had before the summer break and after, he finally showed them that he was still there. Racing with everything he got to get that championship.

His gaze moves briefly over the people as the Italian anthem started playing. He was looking for her but Christina didn't realize until his gaze finally rested on hers and his smile grown even bigger.

Christina returned the smile. She was so proud of him herself. Seeing him being this happy made her feel complete.

"Je t'aime" he mouthed, hoping that she could see and understand. "Je t'aime" Christina replied and her eyes filled with tears.

Everyone knew that Christina wasn't an emotional person. You would never see her cry, or recognize her anger under that mask she put on daily. You wouldn't see her sadness or despair. Sometimes it was even hard to notice her happiness.

But hell, when it came to that boy? She would show him with every chance she got how happy he made her. She couldn't control herself around him.

After the celebrations Charles and Christina returned to their hotel both of them exhausted. They rested for a couple of hours before they had to get up and prepare for the dance.
