After the meal, Scarlett and Michael had to leave to go to the concert. They both looked extremely excited as they got up out of their seats and walked out the restaurant.
"Have fun!" Calum shouted once we were all outside the posh place. Scarlett and Michael were walking the other way to go to Scarlett's car.
"Not too much fun though!" Alexis yells too.
"And use protection!" I add. Then I immediately regret it once I see the looks of rich people walking into the restaurant. They look at me like a piece of gum on the bottom of their expensive shoes so I give them this look back. They take that as a hint and stop.
"Evi," Ashton shakes his head at me like I'm being a bad kid, but he's smiling. I shrug in reply and he takes my hand in his.
He twirls me around romantically and then pulls me back by his side as we walk in sync. I smile to myself. He's rubbing his thumb soothingly over my knuckles as we walk hand in hand and I subtly lean into him more.
When we get back to the car(the others are all in Calum's), Ashton asks me, "did you have fun?"
He starts up the car and reverses out of the parking space, then carries on driving towards University. I answer, "yeah, it was good. The pasta was spicier than I was expecting but it's fine. You?"
"It was.. Different," he chuckles, keeping his eyes on the road.
"Good different or bad different?"
"Just different," he shrugs. "I guess I'm just not used to going to such expensive restaurants; and it was so expensive. Did you see the price for the lobster?!"
"Different makes a change though. Plus, it lets us try new things. Am I right?"
"You are right," he nods.

"Do you have lessons tomorrow?" Ashton asks, he's lounging on the left side of the bed, his arms behind his head. He looks very comfortable from where I'm stood in the middle of the room. I was trying to sort out my mess because I felt slightly embarrassed about how horrible my room looks. The vampire boy asks, "What the hell are you doing?"
"I'm, uh," I shove a pile of clean t-shirts in my drawer and heave it shut. A few of the t-shirts are leaking out the top so I push them back in. "I'm just having a tidy-up."
Ashton snorts, "why? The queen isn't coming, is she?" There's a short silence while I just stand in the middle of the room shifting from one foot to the other. Then Ashton bursts, exclaiming, "oh my god! You're doing it because I'm here!"
I nervously laugh, but I sound fiercely unrealistic. "No I'm not!" I say loudly, as if that'll make it more believable.
"You are, aw babe, I don't care what your room looks like," he sits up and crosses his legs. He has grabby hands as his arms reach out towards me.
I sigh, explaining, "I feel embarrassed about how messy it is though compared to anyone else."
"Well, you shouldn't," he says. "You're perfect how you are and I'm glad you're not like anyone else."
"Stop making me blush."
Finally, I walk over into his arms and engulf him in a hug. His arms rub up and down my back soothingly while I just cling to him. He's still got his legs crossed so I'm almost sat on his lap; which definitely was not intended.
"And yeah, I do have lessons tomorrow, in the afternoon."
-
"Are you asleep?" I whisper to Ashton when we're both in bed. He's turned to the other side so I can't see his face, only his back.
