Seungmin was supposed to accompany Hyunjin to help their professor with the new admissions but he was not feeling well. His best friend argued it was from the overworking habit Seungmin is doing but he argued it was the weather – it did rain pretty heavily yesterday when he got back to his apartment.

"Have you eaten anything yet, Seungminie?" asked the taller as he set down his bag on the edge of the couch and the pizza box on the coffee table. When Seungmin said he ate a cup of yogurt with honey for brunch, Hyunjin shook his head. "That's not a proper meal."

"And pizza is?" Seungmin raised an eyebrow as he made himself comfortable again.

"According to the professor, she hopes that pizza will stimulate your appetite."

Shrugging, Seungmin watched with anticipation as Hyunjin open the box, "I like the smell already."

Both of them chat about their upcoming exams and thankfully of their almost complete group project. Hyunjin expressed that he cannot wait to finish their last paper so he could roll around in bed on his phone and sleep all day. Seungmin asked if he was not planning on getting an internship.

"I'm still considering," sighed the taller and reached for the remote to switch on the television. "Dad said I can take my time, but mom nagged a lot, all the time about getting into a good company. I get her but I'm just so burnt out at the moment to even want to take the next step, you know?"

Seungmin can relate to that so he offered an understanding nod. Giving a glance, Hyunjin then asked if Seungmin plan to do an internship right after their exams.

The younger looked on at nothing in particular, just going through his thoughts and Hyunjin waits. He knows Seungmin is here, back in his apartment, not simply because he is being a studyholic. He is aware and smart enough to know his return might be because he and Minho had a fight.

And deep down, he thinks he might be the cause of it too, even if Chan is the real assho– ahem, the real bad guy.

So he also knows that his best friend cannot make a decision without considering a lot of things. Unlike before. He knows Seungmin would jump onto an internship opportunity when he is still unmarried and not tangled this much with his family, but now, he understands if Seungmin has conflicting feelings about it.

"I don't hate business, but I don't have passion for it either," Seungmin started, absentmindedly playing with the single thread on the cushion he pulled onto his lap. "Minho has passion for it, and it's obvious. I don't get why he wants to have full authority of his hotel chain, I mean- not entirely. But I would feel much better if Chan hyung lose to Minho."
