chapter 23- head council meeting 1

Sienna p.o.v.

Sat in the meeting room I wont lie I was nervous. However I new I had this especially with me having Rachel and sarah by my side.

As soon as the head council told me he wanted to talk about my mother I could feel as my whole body tensed up. I'm not really sure why seeming as I knew that this meeting would mainly be talked about my mother.

"Alright." I said nodding.

"As you know the crimes your mother made and unforgivable. As you also know her crimes are punishable to death. I know this might be a little hard for you to talk about and I completely understand that but we have to talk about this as well as what we believe is best for your coven." The head council announced making me stiffen at the mention of what will happen to my coven.

A big frown appeared on my face and I furrowed my eyebrows, not understanding what they mean.

"I'm sorry to interrupt head council but may I ask what you mean about my coven?" I asked narrowing myneyes a little.

The head council nodded before clearing her throat.

"We will get to that bit in a moment. We would just like to explain some things about your mother first." Head council said firmly.

I gritted my teeth in annoyance but sighed and nodded my head.

"As I was saying before you know your mothers crimes are punishable by death. We have decided on no mercy towards her and there will be no court to see if all the other head covens believe she should receive a different punishment other then death. Which sometimes when people do crimes we do have a court room and we see what other head covens believe should happen just for in case everyone believes that there crimes was with in reason. However every single one of us believe your mother was nothing but a cold hearted bit-.. she started but cleared her throat.

"She was cruel and cold hearted. We believe that her crimes have should have no possibility of her even slightly getting away with it. Therefore we have moved her punishment to tomorrow where the werewolves will also be allowed to come and see that she gets the right punishment. I understand this will be hard for you but we have to let you know this." The council announced.

I wont lie I was a little suprised that it will be moved to tomorrow but I'm not suprised at all that there will be no court to see if she can get a lighter punishment. She deserved this. Katrina and sarah father did not deserve this at all. My mother did.

"I will not sit here and act as though it does not hurt even the tiniest bit if me about my mother. After all she is my mother. However she also deserves this and I will not be sitting her to try and defend her if that's what you thought or expected. I knew what I was getting into and I knew my mother would be punished to death once you find out. I knew helping the werewolves and sarah would cause my mother to get the punishment she needed and deserved. I knew she would not get away with it. I helped out for that reason because mother or not she should not get away with it.I agree my mother is a cold hearted bitch." I spoke confidently.

All the head councils looked suprised to be honest. They looked as though they did not expect this answer.

"I can not lie that we are suprised about your answer. However my question is why are you so calm about not only your mother but head covens punishment to death." Head council asked with barred eyes.
