I grin as I look away from the beautiful roses and look at my beautiful girlfriend in front of me. "Thank you so much baby" I tell her before leaning forward to peck her lips. She grinned and wrapped her arm around my waist, bringing me closer.

"Of course baby"

She backs up and takes my hand. "Come on let's get going." She tells me and leads me to the front door. We walk outside and Divine opens my door to which I thank her again.

I love when Divine drives. Something about it just truly does something to me. She holds my hand with one hand while she drives with the other. Her face is always neutral and emotionless when she drives but still breathtaking.

Mmm fuck my life up.

She looks over at me with a small smile and shakes her head. "What? Something on my face" she teases making me hit her arm as I blush. Divine laughs and raises our joined hands to place a kiss on the back of mine.

"Don't worry baby. You know I'm just playing with you" She tells me and sends me a wink with that small smirk of hers. I only look away from her with a grin of my own.

"I'm sick of you" I mutter making her immediately scream. "You love it here!" She says making me roll my eyes playfully.

"I hate it here" I reply and she gasps dramatically before pulling her hand away from mine. "How rude" she tells me and I burst out laughing at her fake pouting.

"I'm just playing baby" She stops at a red light and I lean over to peck her pouting lips. She only looks at me with a blank face making me hit her arm. "Don't give me that look. I'm not playing with you" I tell her, frowning.

She rolls her eyes and holds my hand. "Oh really? I thought you just said you were" She teases making me kiss my teeth and look out the window.

The light turns green and she pulls off but continues to speak. "Have I told you how amazing you look baby?"

"Only ten times" I shrug still trying to pretend to be mad at her. I feel her eyes on me for a moment before she chuckles.

"You look absolutely breathtaking my love" She tells me and kisses my hand once more. I blush at her words and laid my head on her stretched out arm with a small sigh on content.

"So do you baby"

"Baby you didn't need to do all this" I smile teary eyed as I look at Divine in adoration. Standing in front of a candle light dinner in front of the most gorgeous view, my eyes' tears came down on me like a flood.

I didn't know what to say honestly. All I could do was look at my gorgeous baby and walk over to her. She wrapped me in her arms warmly and kissed my forehead.

"You deserve this and so much more." She told me with a slight grin playing on her lips. I could only lean forward to peck her lips with a smile of my own.

"I love you" I whispered against her lips. Her grin grew and her lips found mine once more. "I love you" she repeated back to me lovingly and I leaned into her, sighing in delight.

We walked over to the table and I smiled as she pulled my chair out for me. We sat down and Divine looked over at the gorgeous view. "You know I always thought about you when I was gone." She said, her eyes not looking away from the view.

"You did?"

She nods her head and her eyes turn to look at me. "I was so happy when we started talking again." She admits to me and leans forward to hold out her hand. I slide my hand in hers and she smiles warmly at me.

"Me too" I tell her and sigh, looking down at my lap. "I thought about you a lot. I thought what could have happened if that day didn't happen." I feel her eyes on me but I refuse to look at her.

"I did too. I think by now we would've been married possibly adopting some kids" She says and I could almost hear the smile on her face. I raised my head and took a sip of the wine Divine poured for us.

"How many do you think we would have?" I ask her, smiling at the thought.

"Three possibly but four at the most."

"Four?" She nods her head and leans back in her seat. "We adopting all of them or we having some?" I ask her and she shrugs her shoulders.

"I don't care if we adopt or having our kids ourselves but I do want to adopt at least one child." She tells me and I smile nodding my head.

"I would love to adopt."

Divine and I end up in a nice deep conversation about our future and what we would like to hope to happen. It felt nice and very easy talking to her about things like that. That's one of the many things I love about Divine. She's always so easy to talk to. She never judges or tries to belittle my opinions, very open minded.

Brandon ended up being our waiter and it was the funniest thing ever. He wore a tux and looked dashing, his words not mine. He made sure to let me know that he and his boyfriend made the food. Divine got shrimp and chicken alfredo while I got a chicken alfredo.

I sat in the passenger seat of the car, holding Divine's hand as she drove us home. She occasionally will look over at me and lean over to peck my lips. When she stopped at a red light, she would make sure to grab me by my throat and smash her lips against mine.

Not that I am complaining..

"I had fun" I tell her causing her to smile. She squeezes my hand before bringing it to her lips, kissing the back of my hand softly.

"I'm glad but we're not done baby"

I frown and look over at her. "We're not?" I repeat and she shakes her head. "Where are we going?"

"You'll see mama"
