You may be wondering where was Calum the entire time this fiasco was unravelling. Okay, fine, I'll tell you. But what you need to understand is that things weren't the same after that night. How so? For the better? For the worse? Maybe nothing changed or maybe everything changed. That's not up to me to decide. I don't think it's up to you to decide either. But then- maybe it is, but who am I to tell you what to think?

Maybe, it's up to them to decide.

-

Half an hour before

"Where the fuck did you go?"

"Would you relax, we're just takin' a walk- Micheal is currently vomiting on the ground." There was an undertone of amusement within Ashton's voice on the more muffled side of the other line of the phone.

"So you left me?" Calum's voice was irritated.

"Mhmm- no... I more so just-" Calum hung up on his dear friend Ashton due to the fact that during his regular cigarette break, the two idiots; dumb and dumber- Micheal and Ashton, left him in the club, let alone the fact Luke was currently moping in the corner. He didn't seem to have much fun without Angie.

Calum's phone started to ring again.

"Why did you hang up, ass face?" Ashton said over the line.

"What do you want?" Calum was finishing his last puff of smoke, looking at the white clouds that swirled around in the warm air.

"Could you pick us up?"

"Wh- where the hell did you go?" Calum was now standing up straight and his arms failing around in annoyance.

"We stumbled over a house party of one of the guys Micheal said you went to school with, his brother or something is hosting it. And- NO MICHEAL! DON'T DRINK THAT-" and the line cut short.

Calum tossed his cigarette bud in the small silver ashtray and entered the non-ventilated vape-filled enclosure, spotting Luke slouched over in despair- barely clinging onto his drink.

"Yo depresso, up you get."

"What? We Leaving?" Luke forcefully got up from his seat, pushing onto his knees for support.

"Ashton and Micheal somehow ended up at some house party and.. apparently Micheal is fucked." Calum sighed as he sculled the remainder of his drink and put it to the side on a small round table.

Luke just groaned in response. "Was there a point for you dicks to drag me out?" Luke did the same with his drink and he and Calum started to walk out to the exit.

"Was figuring you could be depressed with us instead of being a little sobby bitch by yourself." Calum flashed a scorned smirk but it was shaken off as someone had thrown themselves in front of him. Three guesses who; but it made Luke almost snicker with built-up laughter. Calum stuck him a look of daggers right before the girl made sure she was heard by the boy.

Lucy looked once more, under the influence, and with a quick glance- Calum figured out that she wasn't with Angie but with some other girls he didn't recognise. "Callllll! Funny seeing you hereeeeeeeee!" She squealed as her vodka-filled drink almost spilt to the side as she waved her arms around. Calum's usually a nice guy, but this time, he didn't smile at her. This made Lucy puff out her lips in sadness like she was five years old. I don't have time to deal with this shit, Calum kept screaming at himself. And the more he looked at Lucy the more angry he got. We don't need a replay of what Lucy said to Lacey a couple of weeks ago now, do we?
