i got the plot idea for this story from the chapter "they snap at you" in gayforddlovato 's "blackpink x fem reader poly imagines" book :) but all writing in this is mine because i could never see myself acting like that in the book HAHA

the jingling sound of keys in the lock alerted you from your seat on the couch and your head jerks up towards the door. your most favorite people were finally home and you were simply excited to see them.
you rush to the door, your socked feet sliding a little on the way there.
you beam up at your girlfriends, rosé and lisa as they push the door open. you were suddenly a bundle of energy at the prospect of seeing your girlfriends after a long day. however, the same could not be said for your girlfriends. lisa was slumped forward slightly and rosé was rubbing her eyes, looking like she was trying her best to keep them open. they simply looked , exhausted. you didn't need to ask them that to know. their body language stated it explicitly which makes you frown.

"aw. hey. you guys didn't have a good day?" you ask, shuffling over to help take off their jackets.
"no. we didn't. im wiped." lisa grumbled.
"yeah i feel like crap." rosé agreed as they side stepped you into the living room to sit down.
seeing this, you quickly follow after them to stand closer to them while they rest kn the couch.
"do you guys want me to run you a bath? jisoo unnie gave me some bath bombs recently ." you offer.
"no thanks." rosé said dryly, resting her head in her hands while lisa shook her head.
"how bout some food? you must be tired a hungry." you say, genuinely trying to think of the best ways to make your girlfriends feel better. at this, lisa rolled her eyes. it was quick, but you caught it and it briefly jabbed at your heart.
"no. not hungry."
"oh. well. i really missed you guys and uh-"
you fumble with your fingers, befuddled and slightly nervous.
"mm, maybe-"
"maybe leave us alone?? god y/n."  rosé interrupted  irritably.
this made you take a step back, stunned but trying to hide it.
"oh uhm. sorry chaeng. i was- just. trying to make you guys feel better." you mutter, crestfallen.
"you'll make us feel better when you stop bothering us. stop asking so many questions. we can never catch a break with you clinging to us all the damn time." lisa snapped suddenly at you.
your eyes widen and your jaw clenches as you fight a losing battle trying hold back tears threatening to fall.
"oh.. sorry lisa. i never meant to annoy you.you know i care about you guys. i was just trying to-"
"were you trying to irritate us? because that's the only thing you managed to do, genius." rosé added, scoffing.
lisa seemed to agree with this as she rolled her eyes again and took rosés hand.
"yeah. come on. we're going upstairs. we need some space."
and with that they were gone. they left you alone in the suddenly too-big living room to think about all of that. did both of them think that way? were they right? they seemed fine with each other. maybe you did ask too many questions. maybe you cared too much.
with a clenched jaw and fresh tears on your cheeks you slip out of the house. because suddenly, rosé and lisa weren't the only ones that needed space right then.

you decided to text jennie and jisoo. other then them, you didn't know who you could turn to anymore. but.. they had practice too. what if they were tired and annoyed as well? you bit your lip, deciding to risk it.

y/n/n: hey unnie . u busy rn?can i come over?
jisoos reply came almost immediately.
soooyayayaya<33: no:(((((( i got a shoot i gotta prepare for. miss u like crazy. we shld hang out once im less busy :((/( but if you REALLY can't survive without me I think Jennie is free so she'll have to do.

well, the unnie was always busy. but jisoo didn't sound annoyed. did lisa and rosé just not like you anymore??

y/n/n: jennie. u free rn? can i come over?
sugarmommy: YES. please do. i'm exhausted but ure worth it 😉😉
u ok? come over i'll wait for u. xx

despite everything,you smile at the text. jennie didn't sound annoyed either.
with a sigh, you get into your car and drive. you just needed to get away for a while.

but the thing is. you never arrived at jennies house.

the sound of tires swerving on the road and a loud crash was the last thing you heard before you lost consciousness.

sugarmommy: where are u?? hurry
sugarmommy: hurry hurry hurry!!!!
sugarmommy: hey???? u ok???? where u???
9 missed calls from 'sugarmommy'

meanwhile your girlfriends, the two girls who were supposed to be your bestest friends that you could tell anything to had no idea that while they cuddled in bed you were getting sent to the hospital. scared, and for once, complete alone.
