Chapter 9:
I never slept that good in my whole life.
I woke up at 9am really late for work so I texted Amelia to tell her that I won't be here this morning due to a meeting.
It's not true tho. My meeting is in Lizzie's arms.
We woke up a few times during the night only to move our positions but always stayed glued to each other.
Right now we're in a spooning position, her being the big spoon. I feel so so comfortable and all bubbly inside.
« Honey are you asleep? » she asked stroking my hair.
« No » I turned around facing her « but I don't want to get up » I nuzzled into her neck.
« Why » she chuckled « because you're too comfy » she aww at me « you just love cuddles don't you »
« Your cuddles » I confessed with a small smile. « You're too cute »
« do you want to eat with me tonight? » she said « yeah sure »
We got up after half an hour being all touchy and acting like a couple. Friends don't act like that. Do they ? Is it weird that I don't want us to stop?
I take a shower and we eat something. I take my time to look at Lizzie's house since I didn't had the time yesterday.
She has a big house and a big garden. She likes gardening since she was young, I always loved hearing her talk about it.
I kiss her cheek goodbye and she tells me that she'll pick me up tonight for dinner.

I get to work and join Amelia « Hello miss Grey » she tells me « hey! I already told you you can call me y/n » I gently scolded her.
My phone ring signaling a text from Lizzie.

Have a good day sweetheart. Thank you for staying <3
I smiled so hard that my cheeks started to hurt.
I looked up seeing Amelia looking at me with a smirk.
« What? » I said « oh nothing nothing » she chuckled.
« Come on what? »
« Do you have someone? » she asked making me almost gasp.
« Oh- uh no I don't » I said. It's the truth right?
« That's surely a lie » she chuckled. « No it's not » I chuckled with her not convinced about what I'm saying.
I quickly answer Lizzie.
Thank you Elizabeth have a good day too. I can't wait for tonight💗
We get back to work and today was quite busy so it went quickly.
I went home and quickly took a shower and got dressed with a simple black suit and a white crop top.
Around 8, Lizzie came to take me and drives us to a beautiful restaurant.
It's fancy and beautiful honestly perfect for a date. Unfortunately it's not.
We sit down and after we order, she start talking « thank you for yesterday y/n really »
« It's nothing. I won't let anything happen to you I promise »
« You're amazing y/n » she bite her lips looking at me intensely again.
« You are » I smiled at her giving her the same look.
« You're beautiful » she said and I blushed feeling butterflies erupt in my tummy.
« Lizzie » I sighed « What y/n? »
« You're intimidating me »
« I can't help it. You're irresistible » I suddenly feel hot. I won't get through this night alive.
Our plates get served and we start eating mostly in silence just glancing at each other.
Her eyes are mesmerizing. I love getting lost in them.
I suddenly feel her foot brushing my leg. I awkwardly shift in my seat approaching my legs from her.
She raise an eyebrow surprised that I want her to continue.
She slide her hand under the table and reach my thigh.
« Elizabeth » I sigh « y/n » she knows what she's doing to me. And she's enjoying it way too much.
« I'm going to the restroom » I get up and as I walk past her I bend over her ear and whisper « you can join me if you're that desperate »
I smirk. Two can play a game.
