Luke's P.O.V

"This song sounds amazing!" Caitlin proclaimed.

We had just finished playing our new song, in which the guys and I wrote, it's called "She Looks So Perfect." I think it sounds awesome. After I finally learnt how to breathe again I took a seat next to Caitlin and placed my guitar against the couch.

"What do you think? Should we upload it to youtube?" Calum asked.

"Yes, you should. You guys sound amazing! I can't wait for tomorrow when you have to perform it to the whole class." Caitlin replied.

I freeze for a second, now I'm the one who is the most nervous before performing in front of everyone... I mean I can perform in front of Caitlin, but she's my bestfriend as well as my girlfriend so that doesn't really count.

"Yeah... performing in front of the whole class... "I say nervously...

"Don't worry dork, you'll be fine." Caitlin reassured me.

Yeah, I hope.

"Let's do something before we go back to school tomorrow." Ashton says out of nowhere.

"Okay... like what?"

"Oh, I know! Let's go paintballing..." Ashton suggests.

"Okay"

"That sounds cool." Calum agreed.

"Sure." Caitlin replied.

"Can we get food after?" Michael asks.

"Yeah"

--

We arrive at a paintballing site, approximately 1 hour away from the apartment. We packed some spare clothes to change into if we got paint everywhere. We decided to leave those in the car before we all made our way into the paintball battlefield.

There was paint everywhere... literally everywhere... from blue, green to red and pink.

"Oh, hey it's violet!" Caitlin says. (See what I did there?)

Caitlin only said that because her favourite colours consist of Turquoise, Emerald Green and any shade of Purple...

We all laugh.

We all lined up to grab some paintballing gear before heading to a bunker, and by bunker I really just mean a wooden structure in a random corner.

Caitlin has always been that out-going type of person. You would never see her going shopping like a typical girl. She would be out doing random things that you wouldn't even think girls would like to do... e.g. rock climbing, sky-diving, paintballing, laser tag etc... the list could go on.

--

"Right, listen up! We have recorded your teams and create a tournament in which you guys have to battle it out against other people to win points for your team." An instructor explained.

"Ready?"

"Yep" Caitlin answered, as I fixed her helmet.

"Let's own these other guys"

Everyone smiles and nods.

"First up, team Cake vs team Elite!" (Lol, team "cake" only certain people will understand... oh @Jiggly_Puffing team elite? Remind you of anything?)

We made our way onto a battle field in which had some kind of castle and a ton of random shaped obstacles in different areas.

"Team cake! You're first to defend your castle from the enemy team! Pick your weapons and show them whose boss!"
