Caitlin's P.O.V
Today was the day that Luke and the guys were leaving to tour around Australia for a whole entire month. Luke and I have been spending as much time as possible before he was leaving... which is in a couple of hours.
I've been dreading this day ever since Luke told me.
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for Luke and the guys. I truly am... but a month without those guys? Science classes are going to be boring... music class... and that's the only class when we're all together...

[Airport]
My mum dropped me off at the airport. She decided to wait in the car whilst I say goodbye to them.
"Promise you'll call every day? I say for the tenth time, as Luke and I walk to the checkout area.
"Of course I will." Luke forces a smile to cheer me up even though he's probably feeling torn...like me "I'll call you so often that you'll be begging for me to stop."
"I would never do that!" I exclaim as Luke grabs my arms.
"Caitlin... you're my bestfriend, my girlfriend, my princess... my..." Luke starts to form tears around his eyes. I could tell he didn't want this to happen... especially this. "I love you Caitlin. I feel so incomplete without you."
Swallowing back my tears which are now flowing down like crazy, I hug Luke really tightly, hoping I never have to let go...
Luke starts stroking my back soothingly.
"I'm going to miss you so much," I say as I sob against his shirt.
"I'm going to miss you too." Luke murmurs. "But just think about how happy we'll feel when we see each other again. Just four weeks."
"Yeah... four weeks without you in science class making me laugh by wearing those stupid goggles...
Luke and I laugh before heading over to the boys who were staring at us.
"See you soon Caitlin." Calum says whilst hugging me.
"We'll be back before you know it." Ashton says before also hugging me.
"Gonna miss you Caitlin, you little shorty." Michael teases.
I pout before hugging him. "Meanie."
I hug Luke one last time knowing it was going to be our last hug for a while... "I don't want you to go." I whispered.
"I don't want to go as well, but it'll be so fast that you won't even notice I'm gone." Luke whispers back.
Luke kisses me on the lips and hugs me tighter. I wrap my hand around his neck and pull him closer to me kissing him back harder.
"You... should go, before you miss your plane Luke."
"I guess this is good...goo....goodbye then..." Luke says.
"Luke this isn't goodbye, it's a start of a new beginning for you and the boys."
"I love you so much Caitlin"
"I love you too Luke... now go before you miss your flight."
Luke sighs, and nods before kissing me slowly and passionately one last time before leaving. Luke walks backwards, and constantly keeps waving at me.
"Luke! Look out! I shout.
But it was too late.
Luke had walked into some tall business man.
I cover my face embarrassed and smile.
"You're such a dork Luke." I shout.
"Yes I am a dork... but I'm your dork!" Luke shouts back.
I wave at him once more wishing these 4 weeks were already over.
After I could no longer see Luke I head back outside the airport and see my mum parked right in front of the entrance. I rub away my tears and hop into the car.
My mum could tell I didn't want to talk about it. So the car journey home was pretty silent.
As soon as we arrived home I ran upstairs and cried myself to sleep.

Luke's P.O.V
After saying goodbye to Caitlin, and boarding the plane. I could barely hold it all inside...
"It's okay Luke... you'll see her soon." Calum says.
"Yeah... I know... but it's so difficult .... Not being there with her..."
"It's going to be alright Luke; it's only a couple of weeks." Calum reassures.
"Yeah... okay."
I got out a pen and a notepad in my bag and started jotting down some lyrics.
I guess I could express the pain that I'm feeling right now into a song dedicated to Caitlin.
It started something like...
For a while we pretended,
That we never had to end it,
But we knew we'd have to say goodbye,

When they finally closed the place door,
