A/n: I just want to take a moment here to thank you all so much for the 3000 votes! I couldn't believe that this story would excel this far, but you all made that possible. So thank you all so, so much! And I apologize for not updating fast enough, I've been enduring some medical issues and have been finishing up school. It makes me so happy to know that you all are enjoying this story! ^^But without further ado, enjoy!

"What's with all of these presents Loki?" You hastily muttered. Your puzzled eyes scanned the wide selection of bright and colorful presents. The god, who just had a smirk upon his devious face, placed his hands on your shoulders. "What reason should I not get my wifey the treatment she deserves?" Loki slyly asked. Your face heated up.

"Loki, for the fifth time..." You scornfully said. "I'm not your wife!" "Yet." Loki quickly added on. You huffed but slowly felt a smile place itself on your lips. "You're impossible." "I know." Suppressing a laugh, you turned your gaze back upon the large litter of presents. You walked over to a present before bending down to retrieve it. "You should do that pose more often~" Loki purred, tilting his head.

Your face felt as if it were set on fire. Hastily taking your shoe off, you threw it towards the flirtatious god. The shoe hit him square in the face as he let out a loud groan of pain. "You need to treat women with more respect, you perv!" You scoffed. You took back your shoe and placed it on your foot. "I'm sorry~" Loki whined while frantically rubbing the rest spot on his forehead. You rolled your eyes.

You picked up a present that had F/C wrapping paper that was sloppily wrapped around to whatever was inside. You opened it. Once the last shred of wrapping paper was torn off, your eyes landed on an small emerald colored box. You took the lid off only for your eyes to land on a necklace. The necklace had a silver cord that gracefully clasped onto a pendant. The pendant was held inside an oval case-like shape that had small carvings. But what really caught your eyes was the gem inside of the pendant itself.

You held up the pendant close to your sparkling eyes. "Loki... this is so beautiful." You whispered. Loki smugly grinned. "Well, of course it is. The gem itself is one of the rarest of its kind in the world. It's called a Black Opal Gem." You smiled before turning to the god. "Can you help me put this on?" You shyly asked. Loki took the necklace before standing behind you.

You felt Loki place the necklace around your neck before clasping it into place. You took the gem into your hand, looking at it with admiration. A silence took over the god and you. Loki pressed up his body against yours. You could feel his hot breath tickle the back of your neck.

The doors suddenly opened which made you quickly jump away from the god. Your eyes flew over to the door. "Am I interrupting something?" Buddha asked, his blue eyes clouding with a hint of malice. Loki snaked his arm around you. "Yes, you sure definitely are..." The two gods stared at each other, their merciless eyes stabbing each other's. You awkwardly stood in your spot.

"Guys, seriously?" You asked in disbelief. The two gods just continued to stare at each other. Sighing in defeat, you leave the tense room. You strutted down the hallway. You rubbed your head as you continued your way down the hall. But you were suddenly knocked to the ground. You bumped into something. Or someone.

"I'm so sorry." You frantically apologized, looking up to the person. Your worried E/C eyes met with the cold ones of a stranger's. Well, his lifeless eyes didn't exactly meet with yours, for he was avoiding eye contact. At least that's what you thought. You got up and continued to curiously stare at the "man". His tall and muscular appearance towered over yours, making you feel like prey. And the large triton in his hand didn't help.

"I'm sorry sir for bumping into you. I wasn't looking where I was going." Still no reply. You sighed. "Alright then... I'll be off then." That's when the man's eyes glued to you. A brief look of initial shock glinted in his eyes before it was washed away. You turned around to walk away but a tight grip stung around your wrist. You quickly looked up to see the strange "man" hold onto your wrist. You recoiled in pain and discomfort. Your fearful eyes darted to his. Only this time, his eyes were staring straight into your soul.
